Mr. Liushahe
No one in Chengdu can express the appropriateness of his diction and the style of his calligraphy like Liushahe. Every time I see the couplets written by him, I admire them with admiration. On November 23rd of the year of Jihai, I was shocked to hear the obituary news, saying that he was riding a crane gracefully and had nothing to do with him. Rumor: When Mao Yuanxin was young, he swam in Beidaihe with Chairman Mao Zedong. Mao said: "Don't learn from the Liusha River, the Liusha River will sink." It has been more than sixty years since I said this, and the Liusha River has not yet sunk. Today it is heavy. During this period, there were many different opinions on the right and wrong of things, and there was no consensus. In today's world, we are on the wrong track again, and the international landscape is about to change. Then I don’t know how those who will come later will judge the people of today? In his later years, Liushahe studied and interpreted texts, explained Zhuangzi, and made great contributions to the country's history. Yu Ye learned it late, and did not speculate on the crudeness. He used allusions from "Zhuangzi" and connected them with each other, saying:
Whether you stay or go when you are old, it depends on the context;
People say left and right, one term. Tianjun.
