County Hard Pen Calligraphy Association was established in 1986 with 133 members. In recent years, more than 30 hard-pen calligraphy trainings have been held in schools and factories, and more than 6,000 people have been trained. 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2003 held large-scale book fairs. Famous hard-pen calligraphers such as Liu Jiashang, Jing Shijiang, Ren Dinglong, Pu Xiuquan and Chen Jianming emerged. Liu Jiashang, Chairman of the Association, has published more than 0/00 kinds of hard-pen calligraphy monographs/KLOC in recent years, and his pen "Copybook for calligraphy" has been included in the calligraphy textbooks of primary and secondary schools in China. In 2004, member Chen Jianming created a 100-meter scroll commemorating Deng Xiaoping's birthday100th anniversary, which was exhibited in various provinces and cities, signed and reported by many media in China. In 2005, he won the highest honorary title of Guinness China Special Calligraphy and the gold medal of American international cultural exchange. In 2006, in order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Zhu De's birthday/KLOC-0, "Baidetu" was widely praised. The Association founded Lingjiang Art Garden, the first calligraphy website in the province, and published more than 1 000 works, becoming one of the top 1 000 calligraphy websites in China.

In order to further run all kinds of parents' schools at all levels and effectively improve the running level of parents' schools, the nanbu county Municipal Commission of Work and the nanbu county Education Bureau decided to set up the "Instructor Group of nanbu county Family Education Guidance Center". On March 2 1 day, the lecturer group was formally established at the graduation work conference of the county education system. The lecturer group belongs to the county teaching and research section. At present, * * * has nine members, most of whom are retired educators. Yuan Tianjun, executive deputy director of the nanbu county Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and former principal of Southern Middle School, served as the team leader, and Liu Licheng, deputy director of the county teaching and research section and senior middle school teacher, served as the deputy team leader. Other members are: Yang Dejin, member of the county working committee and former vice president of the county court; Wang Yu, teaching researcher and senior middle school teacher of the county teaching and research section; Yuan Xiangyao, former vice president and senior lecturer of the South Second Central Plains Education School; Zhang, former principal of the third primary school and provincial special-grade teacher; Du Kerong, former education cadre of the Education Office; and Jing Shijiang, former senior middle school teacher.
