Don't forget the national humiliation and revitalize the Chinese speech, the shorter the better.

Hello, dear classmates and teachers! The topic of my speech today is "Never forget the national humiliation and revitalize China"!

As we all know, China once had a humiliating history. The foreign invaders were tyrannical and wanton on the land of China, and committed indelible heinous crimes. The Nanjing Massacre has dragged on for 7 years. How can we forget that day 7 years ago, the hateful Japanese burned and looted in China. Three hundred and fifty thousand innocent ordinary people in Nanjing, in just one week, became the victims of crazy bayonets. They had nothing to resist, and let the invaders vent on them cruelly. Yuanmingyuan, the largest museum and art gallery in the contemporary world, was completely looted by the British and French allied forces, and was burned down by a fire. That embodies the painstaking efforts and cleverness of our Chinese sons and daughters. Those ferocious expressions and crazy smiles all reveal their inhuman bodies!

On August 15th, 1945, Japanese imperialism was forced to surrender unconditionally. After eight years of bloody fighting, the people of China washed away the humiliation of being beaten for a hundred years, won a great victory in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, and saved the national dignity of our Chinese sons and daughters. The Chinese nation was called the "sick man of East Asia" and became a nation that stood proudly in the east of the world and attracted worldwide attention. The dark clouds that have been turned upside down have been cleared, and the motherland has ushered in a dawn.

This year marks the 7th anniversary of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory. Looking at the five-star red flag that rises with the sunrise every day, who can forget the great national sacrifice made by China to overthrow the Japanese fascists 7 years ago? For the sake of the motherland's territory, for the sake of national dignity, the soldiers rushed on and on, throwing their heads and spilling their blood. They exchanged their blood for today's peace. How can we forget it?

Today, we live in a peaceful and stable society, but we must not forget the situation that we were beaten when we fell behind, and forget the national humiliation. The ancients said, "Born in sorrow, died in happiness." Only when we teenagers keep the national humiliation in mind, take it as the driving force, work hard, study harder and better, are not afraid of hardship, are willing to work hard, and report the belief of "studying for the excavation of China", can we shoulder the heavy responsibility of building the motherland in an all-round way. China people's sufferings and struggles, helping to seek and forge ahead, starting a business and fighting are all beyond words, inspiring today's people, telling future generations, remembering the past and learning from the future. A deep understanding and promotion of the national spirit, and a deep memory of the achievements of our forefathers will surely give a strong impetus to China's socialist modernization.

We are the successors of the 21st century. We will go through exercise again and again, take a calm and firm step, and continue to advance towards a glorious future. Finally, let's shout "Don't forget the national humiliation and revitalize China"!
