The Heart Seal Sutra consists of four-character metrical poems, with 50 sentences and 200 words. It is very necessary to describe the methods and theories of Taoist cultivation. The scripture first points out that "there are three kinds of medicines, three kinds of gods and three kinds of essence", which shows that essence, skill and spirit are the three major products of the human body, and then uses them as medicines to cultivate inner elixir. Then it discusses the spiritual realm in the process of Neidan, that is, "wandering in the dark in a trance." The secret of cultivating the truth is "keeping one's wits", and the innate medicine "stands in an instant". Then, with the method of "return air mixing", it was refined into a great Dan in a hundred days, and after twelve years, it soared. Since then, "once Yongsheng, nature is light, peace is full, and bones are cold." That is, "God can dive into the stone, God can fly, he can't drown in water, and he can't burn in fire." Without the limitation of nature, Tao becomes immortal. The scripture also suggests the relationship between essence, technique, spirit and form, that is, "God is born according to form, and essence is born according to technique." Finally, I said, "Recite it 10,000 times, and it is self-evident." It is emphasized that we should not only "recite" (read) this scripture, but also "hold" (do). "Sealing Heart Sutra" is about practicing life force, and "two economies and one economy" is the Dafa of Taoist life cultivation. Feng Xin Jing is a teaching handed down by the Jade Emperor, which mentions that we are all small universes, and there are sun, moon and stars in our bodies and universe. How can we nourish and protect the body with qi and cultivate into a fairy body?
