What is the posture of calligraphy?

Posture refers to the wrist, and coordination and attention should be the strength of the whole body. There are four postures:

Sit down and write

Writing within four inches can be done sitting down, which is also the most common posture. The main points of sitting and writing are: first, keep the balance of the body; First, keep all parts of your body stretched freely.

When sitting and writing, the chest should be parallel to the vertical plane of the table, not skewed, two or three inches away from the table, so as to avoid the chest and abdomen being pressed too tightly and containing strength; Keep your back straight, lean your head forward slightly, spread your arms to balance your shoulders, and put your feet flat, so that your lower limbs are also very stretched. Then put your left arm on the table, press the paper by hand, write with your right arm or pillow wrist, or hang your elbow.

Stand at the desk and write.

Words more than four inches are powerful only if they are written by hanging their elbows in front of the desk. When you stand up, your right foot stretches forward slightly, giving your right arm a boost, and your waist inclination increases. Hold the desktop with your left hand and write with your right arm hanging over your elbow.

Wall writing

There are not many cases of writing on the wall. Sometimes, because the communication wall is fixed, it is necessary to use wall writing. When writing, hold the ink bowl in your left hand and bend your elbow slightly in your right hand. With the height of the position, the body fluctuates from time to time, so the ink concentration used for standing writing can be increased, so as not to absorb too much ink, so as to avoid the downward diffusion of ink. Write big characters, set the layout from a distance, and then write near the wall. The words written on the wall stand up from a distance, and the overall momentum is easy to grasp, which is not easy for desktop writing.

Write on the ground

It is not convenient to write extra-large lists and words on the desktop, so you can write on the ground. When squatting, bend your right leg and squat down your left leg, leaving room for your upper limbs to spread out, lean forward with your back, hang your elbow and pen on your right arm, and lay your left arm on the ground as a pillar. Before writing, you should also determine the font structure in advance. When you have a plan, squat down and write.
