Tourism------Jinniu Lake,

Nanjing Jinniu Lake:

Out of Liuhe, thirty or forty miles north along the Jinjiang Highway, there is a lake, which is as blue as agate and shaped like a deer antler, lying among the mountains. That is Jinniu Lake, known as Nanjing's "West Lake" and nicknamed "Natural Oxygen Bar". Jinniu Lake connects Jiangsu, Anhui, Liuhe, Tianchang and Yizheng provinces. The lake water flows southward through the Babai River and Chu River and merges into the Yangtze River.

Jinniu Lake is an artificial lake founded in 1958. When it was first built, the embankment was thousands of meters long, with tens of thousands of people carrying skippers, and crowds of people. It was all about human power to rebuild mountains and rivers, cut depressions into lakes, and build embankments across the sky. Jinniu Lake has Jinniu Mountain and Niushi Mountain in the north and south, forming an integrated whole.

Jinniu Lake and Jinniu Mountain are nestled between mountains and rivers, and the lake is named after the mountain. Viewing the mountain from the south, you can see a giant bull with its head in the west and tail in the east. Its spine arches up, as if it is just waking up from a deep sleep. It stands slowly, wanders around, and bows its head to drink water. Across the lake from Niu, there is a round and flat hill rising in Hubei, commonly known as Niu Shi Mountain. There is a lake sandwiched between two mountains, just like an ancient painting of an old cow drinking in a stream.

The south bank of the lake is the birthplace of the famous song "What a Jasmine Flower". In the winter of 1942, Comrade He Fang from the New Fourth Army Art Troupe collected music here and adapted it based on the folk song "Flower Flower Tune", which was sung at home and abroad. A few years ago, a Taiwanese compatriot paid a lot of money to hire some local migrant workers. According to the legend of his ancestors, he dug "golden cows" in the birthplace of "Jasmine" and found two black cows. However, the cow was stuck in a deep muddy pool and was made of pig iron. Despite the combined efforts of everyone, the black cow could not move at all. The Taiwanese compatriots spent another huge sum of money to specialize in a field, sent an excavator, and then brought back an ox and placed it in their private tower ten miles away.

According to historical records, Ming Dynasty minister Liu Bowen was good at Feng Shui. One day he reported to Taizu that there was a dragon spirit beside Jinniu Lake. He was afraid that there would be a conflict between Chu and Han in the future, so he ordered two iron oxen to be cast. It was buried by the lake to suppress the king's energy, and followed the example of Qin Shihuang in opening the Qinhuai River to channel the king's energy in Jinling. Unexpectedly, there was evidence today. However, I don’t know whether this cow is that cow?

During the Qingming Festival, rapeseed flowers are yellow, swaying, fragrant and dancing, attracting butterflies and bees, echoing the rolling waves of wheat. It is the fishing season. The contractors of Jinniu Lake were rafting three or four times, shouting to each other in dialect, and their oars hitting the side of the boat in response. One or two speedboats cut through the waves and sailed away, adding to the tranquility and vividness.

At this time, Jinniu Lake is peaceful and quiet. However, there are times when there are sudden waves. It is said that every year during the Qingming Festival, the little white dragon will ride the wind and clouds across the lake, setting off three-foot waves from east to west, like a seahorse, riding away from the dust. As for the northern foot of Jinniu Mountain, he will pay homage to his mother's grave. Some villagers claimed to have witnessed this scene with their own eyes. I suspect that this "Loch Ness Monster" is an underwater giant python that raises its head and rolls over when spring comes back, playing in the lake, showing off its body that has been dormant for many days; or it is a giant fish in the lake that climbs over in this spring when the flowers are blooming. Flapping to lay eggs and generate interest.

In the rainy season, the lake water rises three times a day. The formerly dry and cracked tidal flats are filled with hundreds of streams competing for flow, day and night. I remember when I was young, I would go fishing with my father in the lake barefoot and carrying a basket. On both sides of the lake bottom and streams, there are soft mud and green grass, like soft quilts, wrapping your feet. Fish were playing in the stream, and everyone was trying to twist their hips to cast the net. The fish belly is white, and it looks so dazzling among the ocher-brown tidal flats and ocher-brown fishermen.

When I was a child, the lakeside was not as flooded by rain as it is today, or artificially stored for fish farming. There was little water at the bottom of the lake. A raised and flat beach in the east of the lake is an extra acre of land planted by villagers, which can produce millet, flax and silk. The oasis stood out, like a swamp ecosystem, which the villagers called "Zhongmian". At that time, it was a paradise for us children.

When summer comes, my parents always buy six or seven geese and deliver them to me. In the early morning, I drove out the geese. The geese pecked at the weeds, clucked and fluttered their wings, and came to the "middle surface", where they ate in the grassland of Nuoda. Our three or five friends camped among the sesame bushes, under the watermelon sheds, and on the banks of the sunflower fields. We took out our carriages, horses, and artillery in our pockets, and started killing generals in the dark. Or take off your clothes and swim naked in shallow ditches, digging holes to catch crabs, fishing for eels and turtles, picking up clams and touching shrimps, forgetting that the geese have returned and been lost at dusk. So, the friends called in panic to help search for the missing goose.

At that time, my grandmother was still alive. Every time she came to a place with a lot of bricks and tiles, which was said to be her ancestral homestead, she would plant some potatoes, peanuts, sunflowers and sesame seeds here. , cowpeas, green beans and so on, they still did not return until noon. My mother handed me a few coins and asked me to go down the street and get a bowl of wontons, put them in an enamel jar, and deliver them to her old man. The old man would always leave two or three wontons for me at the bottom of the tank every time. The spicy and delicious taste may have been the motivation for me to work hard in the heat to deliver wontons.

At noon one day, with the scorching sun in the sky, I and two children of similar age were playing under a stone bridge. Unexpectedly, the water under the bridge was unfathomable, and I drowned immediately. I was floating and sinking, using my hands and feet, but there was still no place to fall. It was like reaching a desperate situation, and the water had reached my eyes and nose. Fortunately, a helping hand reached out at the right time and pulled me out of danger. For the first time in my life, I faced death head-on. There was no fear at all, only the tranquility and warmth of the lake surrounding me, silently. In the summer of Jinniu Lake, behind the romance, there is also a lot of cruelty and violence. There are countless lives that have disappeared in the lake so peacefully and warmly since ancient times.

In the golden autumn, the lake breeze blows. Watching the waves by the lake, the waves chase each other back and forth, adding fuel to the fire; listen calmly to the wind, and occasionally you can clearly distinguish the voices of people and barking dogs on the distant shore; smell the oily water plants and the fishy smell of the water, and it goes straight to your heart, like a tea drinker Sipping tea can relieve worries.

Viewing the lake from different angles will give you completely different views.

Viewed from a ridge of fields in the east of the lake, Jinniu Mountain and Niushi Mountain are like two giant bells, wrapping the lake with their two wings. They are like the mother of the earth, peaceful and quiet, lying on the ground, exposing the life that nurtures both sides of the river. tender breasts. That lake is her clear and holy breast. The undulating peaks of Yeshan Mountain in the distance are vague, like a barrier, covering this shy goddess! Climbing up an irrigation embankment in Hubei and looking into the distance, you can see mountains in the distance and water nearby, with distinct layers. At dusk, the setting sun reflects the setting sun, and the solitary bird flutters its wings and circles in the small pond in the lake. The rising smoke from the villages on the other side reminds people of the fireworks in the world again, and then they turn back. One afternoon more than ten years ago, I invited two friends and drove to the southern foothills of Niushi Mountain and the hinterland of the north bank of Jinniu Lake to "observe it." In the dusk, we struggled to cut through the gray mountains and rivers. Waves, roars, howls, and shouts echoed between the two mountains, which was very pleasant. After bathing, I sat quietly on the rocks on the shore in the wet water, talking about the irrational dialogue of youth. After it dries, step under the moonlight again and return home exhausted. There is an old traveler from many years ago whose home is on the northwest shore of Jinniu Lake. I once visited his elegant home and came to his farm near the lake, almost in the middle of the lake. The fields are like a giant handle, sticking straight into the lake. There is water on all sides, with two majestic mountains facing each other. You can even catch a glimpse of the wooden houses of the tea growers at the foot of the mountain. The water comes from all sides and ripples to your feet, making you feel like you are in the "center of the world". The most impressive thing is to climb the reservoir dam on the south bank. A thousand-meter-long embankment, like a giant dam, lies across the unruly lake. Since then, the lake has become tamed and looks like steaming clouds and rosy clouds. The blue, clear and transparent water is the best among all waters in Nanjing, and it is worthy of the nickname of Nanjing's "West Lake". If you return to the cow's head and cow's back, it will be even more interesting to see the mountains and pines, and the virtual and the real.

When the fallen leaves become desolate and the red leaves turn into mud, I urge you to take a rest by the lake, seek solitude and secrets, and imitate the ancients. You can also bring climbing ropes and sleeping bags to show off your agility.

In the middle of winter, the lake is covered with ice and snow, the mountains and rivers are covered with silver, and silver cattle are galloping, and the heaven and earth seem like a snow-colored dome. Everything around the lake is silent, except for the rustling north wind, shaking snow clumps from the treetops. Wild birds are either roosting or flying, searching for bird food in the vast white areas, calling for friends, and each one is raising its neck and whistling in mourning.

It is said that ninety-nine temples were built on Jinniu Mountain by the lake, but unfortunately they were destroyed by the Japanese invaders. However, the mountain temple has been very popular since ancient times, especially during temple fairs (every February 19th, June 19th, and September 19th in the lunar calendar). Devoted men and women hold bricks and tiles from the foot of the lake, climb mountains devoutly, donate bricks and tiles, and throw coins in front of the temple. , burn incense, make wishes, and pray for blessings. Pilgrims from as far away as Yangzhou come by bus every year, convinced of the efficacious powers of the Bodhisattva on this mountain.

Today, Jinniu Lake integrates water conservancy, tourism, aquatic products, and planting. The wild silver carp in the lake weighs up to 200 kilograms and has been made into specimens for tourists to watch.

The fish head soup made with silver carp heads and fresh tofu is simmered, and the saltwater lake shrimp is stewed with extra large freshwater shrimps. The earthy color and earthy fragrance tempt visitors from afar. As for the pheasants and rabbits running away in the mountains, the wolves running wildly, the wild ducks croaking in the lake, the gray swans dancing to clear the shadows, and the shrimps, crabs, turtles and turtles running rampant, it is a paradise for wild animals.

The soil and water support the people. Growing up in Sishansi Lake, we should be grateful to the mountains and rivers, which not only provide us with our daily diet, but also nurture our innate talent for benevolence and wisdom. As we walk around the lakeside day and night under the waning wind and the moon, the serenity, tranquility, clarity and transparency in our personalities, but also the stubbornness and brutality, do we also feel the connection between the mountains and rivers?

Hangzhou Jinniu Lake

Jinniu Lake, also known as Mingsheng Lake, is now West Lake in Hangzhou. "Yunlu Manchao" quotes "Thirteen Prefectures" as saying: "Qiantang Lake, one It is named Jinniu Lake and Mingsheng Lake. There are golden cows in the lake. When you meet Mingsheng, you will see them, so it has two names. "Jinnong was famous for his poetry in his early years in his hometown of Qiantang. After he was middle-aged, he traveled around. It can be said that he is famous all over the world. But in Jianggan Among the elders, Jin Nong's four-volume collection of poems, Mr. Dong Xin's Collection, was the first to be published. In his later years, it was reasonable for him to call himself the Poet Lao on Jinniu Lake. Liang Tongshu "Inkstone" "Preface to the Anthology of Lin's Poems" says: "Qianlong Geng Shen wrote the same book as his eldest uncle, his uncle, and entered the county together. He first worshiped him under his bed. Three years later, Mr. Jin Dongxin returned from Yangzhou and stayed in the Tongruzhai of the Great Father's Hall. , Mr. and Mrs. have experienced each other. At that time, the gentleman took care of the family, talked about poetry and old times, and used it to win the favor of the elderly. He was also an old friend of Gaijiang River. He would meet the elders in his hometown at that time, or return to the field as an official, or return to his hometown after being tired of traveling, such as Gu Yuetian and Shen Zhigong. Zheng Jichi, Jin Jiangsheng, Wu Dongbi, Zhou Mumen, Lu Qiuchong, Li Fanxie, Hang Jinpu, Shi Zhutian, all gathered together at the same time; while outside, there were Xu, Rangshan, Gao Renze and Mr. Jin. , the Poetry Society was the most prosperous." This passage from Liang Tongshu roughly tells us the time when the Poetry Society was formed in Nanping, Zhejiang and its general members. "Qianlong Gengshen" means the fifth year of Qianlong. The third year of Yue means the eighth year of Qianlong until the fourteenth year of Qianlong. This was the year when Jin Nong lost his job in the capital, traveled between Hangzhou and Yangzhou, and fell ill on the river. During this period, Jin Nong's poems were almost all about Hangzhou's mountains and rivers, scenery and people (see "The Sequel to Mr. Winter Heart"). At that time, Jin Nong was in his sixties, and he was praised as a "master" by his fellow poets. This was roughly the background of Jin Nong's self-titled "Poetry Master". Based on this, it can be inferred that the number one "Poetry Master on Jinniu Lake" roughly appeared Around the time when Jin Nong was sixty years old. Why did Jin Nong name "Jinniu Lake" instead of "Qiantang" and "Nanping" after "Shi Lao"? There may be other reasons. Jin Nong once wrote There is a picture of "Jinniu Rock Official Scroll". The text is: There is Jinniu Rock in the southwest of Changsha. During the Han Dynasty, Tian's father led a red ox and told the fishermen that they wanted to cross the river. The fisherman said: "The boat is small, how can it win the ox?" "Tian's father said: "But we are compatible, and we don't value the king's ship." So both men and cows got on. When they reached half of the river, the cow dung was on the boat. Tian's father said: "This is a gift to each other." After crossing, the fishermen were angry that they had polluted it. The boat used its rafters to push the excrement into the water (in the middle), and it was only when it was exhausted that it became clear that it was gold. I was surprised by its magic, so I tiptoed it, but saw people and cattle entering the ridge. They followed it and dug it, but they couldn't reach it. Now the fishermen are digging it. The place still exists. (See the 24th issue of "Yiyuan Duoying") The above story written by Jin Nong seems to have nothing to do with the "Old Poet on Jinniu Lake". However, if it is related to his failure in the capital in the first year of Qianlong's reign, In "Miscellaneous Poems in Shandong" written by "Driving out of the country" when passing through Shandong, "What you see in the country is all chaff, and there is no one who donates wine and destroys utensils." Comparatively, it can reveal some information. "Old Poetry on Jinniu Lake" Both Alias ??and "Luzhong Miscellaneous Poems" are expressions of Jin Nong's state of being plunged from the paradise of poets into the hell on earth where he had to make a living by writing books and paintings. At that time, Jin Nong's heart was full of great resentment and pain. , no one recognizes the Taurus, but the filth of the Taurus is not pursued by people. Isn’t it exactly the opposite of "everything in the country is chaff"? Furthermore, the origin of "Poetry on the Taurus Lake" and "Taurus Rock Official Scroll" Hao and the creation were almost at the same time, so this cannot be regarded as a coincidence. Therefore, the author believes that "The Poet on Jinniu Lake" not only tolerates the author's ridicule of himself, but also expresses the feudal apocalypse in which the building is about to collapse. It is extremely sarcastic and highly personal.
