Pipa Tour

Bai Juyi

The first night in Xunyang River saw off guests, the maple leaves and flowers bloomed in autumn

The host dismounted and the passengers were drinking in the boat Drinking without orchestral music

Drunk and unable to be happy, the vast river will be soaked in the moon when we say goodbye

Suddenly I heard the sound of pipa on the water, the owner forgot to return and the guest did not speak

Looking for the sound in the dark I asked who was playing the pipa when the sound of the pipa stopped and was too late to speak

Moving the boat closer to invite each other to add wine, turn back the lights and resume the banquet

After calling for a long time, I came out still holding the pipa half-hiding
