1. Applicants need to download the membership application form, fill in all columns truthfully and completely, and attach 1 hard pen calligraphy works and 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded photos to the Youth Department of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association.
2. After the Youth Department of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association has reviewed the applicant's application form and works, the list will be published in the column "Young Hard Pen Calligraphy" in China Contemporary Hard Pen calligraphy net at the end of the month.
3. Within 180 days after the list is published, the applicant will remit the membership fee to the Youth Department of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and the Youth Department of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association will uniformly issue the certificate of "Member of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association (Youth)".
