The Historical Evolution of Qiang Bookstore

The founder of Qiangshutang was a western drama country in the late Qing Dynasty. And named it "Qiang Shutang Restaurant" after his own study "Qiang Shutang". "Be a man first, then make wine, and wine is like a character" is engraved on the pillars of the restaurant. As its business philosophy, Qiangshutang stood out from many brewing workshops at that time and soon became a well-known wine with quality assurance, neither short nor short, nor adulteration.

According to the records of Huantai County in the Republic of China, there are many restaurants in Xincheng County (now Huantai County). Among many wine brands in Suozhen, Qiangshutang Winery is the most popular. All passers-by all "stop when they know its taste and dismount when they smell its fragrance", taking pleasure in tasting Qiang Shutang wine. At that time, there was a local popular ballad:

Good wine is a powerful excuse; Brewing has a secret recipe.

Raw material koji making; Fermented grain is packed in a jar.

More food, good taste; It tastes long when folded.

Steaming wine twice; Long storage time.

Its color is yellow; A faint scent of cloves.

You have to taste it; Stay fragrant for a year.

1945, after the liberation of Huantai County, the third branch of Bohai District Administrative Office took over Qiangshutang Winery and built Hengyuan Hotel. All wineries are separated from the Wangs, but the scale of the hotel remains unchanged, with 220 full-time employees, producing grain wine by traditional techniques with an annual output of 300 tons. 1948, "Hengyuan Hotel" was renamed Jiangjun Winery in Suozhen, with branches in Houzhuang, Yanji, Wangbozhuang and Zichuan, and distribution offices in Boxing, Guangrao, Linzi, Zhangdian and Qingcheng counties. By 1949, the annual output reached 734 tons. 1996, Suozhen Winery was renamed as Huang Helong Group.
