Xuan Chengjun is a calligrapher from Henan Province. The writing is of course quite elegant, although not flawless. But we can’t give any unreasonable advice on the calligrapher’s handwriting.
The meaning of the word is to write about the Battle of Chengpu between Jin and Chu, and to praise the great talent and strategy of Duke Wen of Jin when he competed in the Central Plains. However, Mr. Zhang Manbiao (poet in Puyang, Henan Province and Minister of United Front Work) felt that the rhythm of these two poems was not too harmonious: 廄仄仄平平, 任仄仄平平, which makes it a bit awkward to read.
