Is Ma Liang a figure in the Three Kingdoms?

Shenbi is the hero of the fairy tale Shenbi written by the fairy tale writer Hong Zai 1954. Ma Liang in the story has no date of birth, birthplace or native place.

During the Three Kingdoms period, Shu Han served Ma Liang, a real figure in history. Ma Liang (187-222) was born in Yicheng, Xiangyang (now south of Yicheng County, Hubei Province). Shu and Han officials in the Three Kingdoms period, Ma Su's younger brother. Ma Liang has five brothers.
