There is no limit to the number of submissions, and there is no review fee. All works are not rejected, and the author who needs to reject each work will be charged a refund fee of 50 yuan (including insurance premium). The work will be mailed together with a copy of the remittance voucher for refunding the manuscript fee (do not send cash to prevent loss), and all remittances will be handled by the post office. The deadline is April 30th.
