Jiang Yong, born in dashiqiao city, Liaoning Province in 1974, is a researcher at China Art Creation Institute, a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of Chinese Poetry Society, a director of Liaoning Calligraphers Association, a president of Southern Liaoning Printing Society and a member of seal cutting Committee of Liaoning Province.
