Male, female, Han nationality, from Changyi City, Shandong Province,1was born in the scholarly family in June, 950. He is currently Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of Jinan Municipal People's Congress, member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, member of China Poetry Society, member of China Wang Xizhi Foundation and director of China Calligraphy Artists Association.
