Wuhu's first taxi station was officially launched, and it will be open to taxi drivers and friends 24 hours from now on.
Relevant personnel of Wuhu Municipal Transportation Bureau, Wuhu Transportation Management Service Center, Wuhu Transportation Investment Company and 10 representatives of new energy taxi drivers witnessed the start of the first taxi post in the city.
Dajiang Information reporter learned that the first taxi station in Wuhu City was led by the Municipal Transportation Bureau and the Transportation Management Service Center, and was built by the Yinyun Rental Company under the Municipal Trading Company. Located near the south parking lot of Zhongjiang Bridge, the station covers an area of about 2000㎡ and has 40 parking spaces, including charging pile parking spaces 17.
The reporter saw at the scene that there was a lounge in the station. The lounge is equipped with magazines, newspapers, vending machines and seats, next to the duty room and public toilets, and equipped with service facilities such as boiled water supply.
It is understood that the start of the station will effectively solve the problems of taxi drivers' difficulty in resting, going to the toilet, drinking water and hot meals. In particular, the 17 charging pile at the station will be open to drivers 24 hours a day, effectively alleviating the problem of "difficult charging" of new energy electric taxis.
"The establishment of the taxi post is a concrete manifestation of the practice of the Municipal Transportation Bureau and the Municipal Transportation Management Service Center for doing practical things for the people. Next, other taxi stations will be built one after another to provide more convenience for our taxi drivers in Wuhu. " Li, director of Wuhu taxi management office, said.
