(1) The thumb of the right hand is on the left side of the pen, slightly behind the index finger. The two fingers tightly hold the pen, and the middle finger is under the index finger. Hold the pen with the first joint, and the ring finger and the little finger naturally bend to the palm after the middle finger, so that the palm is empty (the finger is empty, and a small ball can be held inside).
(2) The penholder leans to the right and back, and clings tightly between the third joint of the index finger and the tiger's mouth (the penholder and the exercise book are inclined at 6 degrees).
(3) When the forefinger and thumb hold the pen, the middle is oval.
(4) Palm and arm are in a straight line.
(5) The distance between the finger holding the pen and the pen tip is about 2.5cm..
2. Sitting posture
The correct posture of hard pen calligraphy can be summarized as: head straight, body straight, arms open and feet safe.
(1) the head is straight. It is required that the head should not be tilted left and right, the chin should be slightly retracted, the tip of the tongue should be slightly touched on the palate (which helps to concentrate and concentrate), and the eyes should be about 1 foot away from the paper. Some people tilt their heads to one side or hold their heads in one hand when writing, which is not only difficult to write correctly, but also easy to damage their eyesight.
(2) be straight. The upper body is required to be straight, slightly lean forward, the chest is about one punch away from the table, the shoulders are flush, the waist is tightened, and it is calm and serene. Never lie prone on the table. Some people like to tilt the paper and then lean to one side, so writing is definitely not good.
(3) open your arms. The two arms are naturally open, stable and symmetrical. For the desktop, the left hand presses the paper, the right hand writes, and they cooperate with each other, and the hand follows the heart.
(4) foot safety. The feet are required to be placed on the ground naturally and smoothly, shoulder width apart, so that the legs and hips support the balance of the upper body. The legs must not overlap or bend and stretch, let alone shake constantly.
