Dai Yue, 1947, born in Jinan, is a member of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Shandong Calligraphers Association, member of Shandong People's Congress Painting and Calligraphy Institute, senior painter of Shandong Painting Institute, director of Jinan Calligraphers Association and president of Jiaxuan Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
