Yang Liang Middle School is located at the lakeside of Jiangcheng District, Yangjiang City. This is a century-old school. Founded in 1903 with a history of 1 17. It is one of the earliest famous schools in the history of basic education in Guangdong Province.

Yang Liang Middle School is a provincial-level first-class school with a long history and brilliant achievements. The predecessor of the school is Guangdong No.2 Middle School, which is quite famous in southern Guangdong. Its school history can be traced back to Guangfu Middle School founded by 1903.

Zeng Qingcun (academician of China Academy of Sciences), Huang Yun (former deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and calligrapher), Huang Borong (linguist), Situ Shangji (doctoral supervisor of Sun Yat-sen University), Cheng Shenghao (vice president of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University), Su Tianci (artist), Lv Ruxiong (calligrapher) and many other outstanding party and government experts, scholars, professors and talents for socialist modernization have contributed to the liberation of China people and society.
