After graduating from photography school in 1982, Liu Xinsheng entered the Qingyun County Cultural Center to engage in cultural propaganda work, never leaving his camera. Due to his outstanding work, he was transferred to the Propaganda Department of Qingyun County in 1987 to be responsible for news and publicity. In 1992, he was selected to the then Dezhou Regional Federation of Literary and Art Circles because of his excellent photography performance. He spent thirty years on the photography road and thirty years on the wind and rain road.
