Works published in Kang Yong
As a famous contemporary calligrapher, Mr. Kang Yong's works are well-known at home and abroad. Since 1982, People's Education Publishing House and China Peace Publishing House have successively published Jiuchenggong in Tang Dynasty, Tang Poems in Kang Yong, Tang Poems in Kang Yong, Thousands of Characters in Kang Yong, Hundreds of Family Names in Kang Yong, Ode to Luo Shenfu in Kang Yong and Peach Blossom Garden in Kang Yong. His regular script and official script were included in the Dictionary of Contemporary Calligraphy. His works were included in the Collection of Poems by Mao Zedong, a Famous Contemporary Calligrapher, edited by Zhao Puchu and Qi Gong (published by Central Literature Publishing House). He also wrote plaques and stone carvings in many places of interest, temples, enterprises and institutions across the country. In May, 1987, Wu Kang Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition was held in China Art Museum. More than 0/0 of Mr. Wang's works were exhibited, which caused a sensation in the book world. Dozens of newspapers and magazines in the capital and provinces and cities have made special reports. Both Beijing and Hongkong have published the Collection of Wu Kang's Paintings and Calligraphy with their exhibited works as the main content, and China News Film Studio has also produced the documentary Wu Kang's Paintings and Calligraphy.
