2. In the process of mediation or arbitration, a neutral third party intervenes to try to reach a mutually acceptable solution. If mediation or arbitration cannot resolve the dispute, the creditor may choose to bring a lawsuit to the court.
3. Once the court makes a judgment or conciliation statement, the creditor may apply for enforcement according to law. Under the court execution procedure, the debtor shall perform the contents of the court judgment or conciliation statement, pay off debts or perform other responsibilities in the agreed manner and time.
