On the basis of learning to write official script and regular script, learn to write running script, actively try the teaching mode of "learning before teaching, teaching less and learning more", constantly sum up the successful experience of writing classroom teaching, constantly correct the mistakes in writing classroom teaching, and constantly explore the laws of education and teaching. In order to better improve the quality of teaching and do a good job in teaching, the teaching work of this semester is summarized as follows:
1, grasp your own study and don't relax.
I know very well: "you must be hard before you strike the iron." In order to make students' handwriting standard and beautiful, teachers' handwriting must be good, so that students will admire and trust you, students will be willing to take your class, teachers' prestige will be truly established and teaching effect will be improved. So I keep charging, often read calligraphy theory, carefully write theoretical notes, watch calligraphy lecture videos many times, and constantly consult celebrities with high calligraphy level. During school, adhere to hard pen calligraphy practice; Insist on writing soft pen calligraphy at home and never stop. Through their unremitting efforts, their own quality has been improved.
2. Master students' writing posture.
Correct writing posture is not only conducive to correct writing, but also conducive to the normal development of students' bodies and the protection of students' eyesight. Looking back on last semester's writing class, I always asked students to have a correct sitting posture, so that their heads should be straight, their bodies should be straight, their shoulders should be flat, their feet should be stable, and they should make demonstrations for students to imitate and correct problems in time. However, the effect is not ideal. Except for five or six students in one class who sit upright from beginning to end in class, other students are jet-lagged, sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and can stay for a while when the teacher emphasizes. The teacher didn't emphasize it, but it was the same. In view of this, I am strict with my students and still train them to sit correctly. If you can't sit well, don't write. "How can I write if I can't sit well?" . Keep training for many times in one class until you are basically satisfied, so that students can practice calligraphy. Encourage students with good sitting posture in time and praise students with improved sitting posture in public. After training and requirements, the vast majority of students gradually developed a good habit of sitting.
3, grasp the classroom management is not relaxed.
Junior one students have poor self-control ability, and some bad phenomena such as talking, sleeping and reading extracurricular books occur from time to time. In order to let students study in a suitable environment, they strictly manage themselves. I still use the classroom discipline bulletin board in writing class, and deduct points from the bulletin board for students who violate discipline as appropriate. In the publicity, I only write the seats and scores. We don't criticize students who violate discipline by name, let alone corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguise. We just sound the alarm for students to be conscious, introspective, conscious and self-correcting. After class, the class representative records the violation of discipline, and records the time and violation of discipline, which provides an effective basis for the comprehensive evaluation at the end of the period and the evaluation of students' conduct by the class teacher. Through this kind of classroom management method, the classroom discipline of each class in junior one is effectively controlled, and the students' sense of discipline is further enhanced.
4. Grasping teaching design is not sloppy.
To have a good class, we must first prepare lessons. Preparing lessons is the key to a good class. In order to teach every writing class well, I work hard on the teaching design of every class and try to be serious and not careless. Carefully set goals, carefully write down steps, carefully design teaching links, and concentrate on making projection slides. Be well prepared before class, with ease. Pay attention to what you do in class. Be strict with yourself, be responsible for your work, and be responsible for your students, so that you can have one lesson plan and design after another.
5. Learning before teaching is not perfunctory.
Students are the real masters of learning and the main body of teaching. All teaching activities should proceed from the reality of students and should be considered from the reality of students. In this semester's writing teaching,
The past teaching method has been completely changed, from "teaching before learning" to "learning before teaching" now. In every class, students are always asked to read, observe and practice first, so as to fully arouse their enthusiasm and initiative in learning and let them find problems and difficulties in learning. If it is an individual question, the teacher will answer it alone. If it is a * * * question, the teacher will either instruct, demonstrate or simply describe it. In this way, students can take the initiative to learn, practice and achieve immediate results.
6. We can't cope with "teaching less and learning more".
In the past traditional teaching, teachers were often full-time. Whether students understand it or not, they can't digest it. They talk nonsense, teach full-time, and almost all 45 minutes are occupied by teachers. Students just listened passively and generally remembered. It can be said that this teaching method is "teaching more and learning less". This semester, I changed from "teaching less and learning more" to "teaching less and learning more". This teaching mode is not without teachers, but emphasizes less teaching, teaching when it is time, teaching seriously and teaching little. Students should be given a lot of time. They should learn more. This semester, in writing teaching, I actively tried the teaching mode of "teaching less and learning more". Teachers don't teach things that are not needed, but teach things that are needed less. Let students observe, think, analyze, distinguish, practice, study and practice in writing practice, which not only increases their knowledge, but also improves their writing level.
7. The training of class representatives is uninterrupted.
Class representatives are teachers' assistants, and it is of great significance to train them well. In teaching, I always pay attention to the training of class representatives, so that they can really play the role of class representatives. On weekdays, I often talk with them, educate them to be brave in taking responsibility, but remind them to pay attention to ways and means. What students are required to do is to ask them to do it first. Therefore, the requirements for them are more stringent. For their problems, help them solve them, let them work freely and constantly arrange tasks for them. Through the training of their own class representatives, their working ability has been improved. In class, they actively maintain discipline, constantly feedback the classroom situation to the teacher, carefully record the problems of violation of discipline, and some even report the problems in writing class to the class teacher and ask the class teacher to solve them.
