Jiedi Hui Township 1984 was established, and 1996 passed the acceptance test to realize a well-off society. Sister and brother return to their hometown, 5 kilometers south of Cangxian County Government, with Wangjiapu Township in the east, Cangzhou City in the north, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the west, and Zhangguantun in the south of Cangzhou City across the river. Beijing-shanghai railway, 104 National Highway and Shihuang Expressway pass through the territory, and the geographical conditions are superior. The west outer ring of the city obliquely cuts the township agricultural science and technology demonstration park and industrial community to Cangzhou city. The total area of the township is 38.5 square kilometers. Brothers and sisters returned to their hometowns mainly for agriculture, with 36,000 mu of cultivated land.
As a settlement with a long history, there are three mosques in Jiedi Hui Township, and the east and west temples of Jiedi were built earlier, enjoying a high reputation among Hui people. Cao Zhuangzi Mosque was rebuilt by 1997 and became the largest mosque in Cangzhou. In addition, next to the canal gate of the boundary pillar, stands a stone tablet-Gan Long Monument, which was erected by Emperor Qianlong. Backed by the Grand Canal, the stone tablet stands on the levee and under the green trees, which is spectacular and is the main landscape of the boundary tablet.
Since the establishment of Jiedi Hui Township, we have conscientiously implemented the Party's ethnic policy. The heads of townships are all Hui cadres, and the village teams in four ethnic villages are mainly composed of Hui or Manchu cadres. This not only promoted the smooth development of all work, but also coordinated the relationship between Hui, Han and Manchu, forming a good social atmosphere of unity and harmony.
