What types can teachers be divided into?
When I was in junior high school, the national college entrance examination had just resumed. My education is probably the so-called "exam-oriented education" today! At that time, we privately divided teachers into three types: one was the "scripted" type, and fell asleep during class; The second is the "outline" style, in which the teacher reads the outline while explaining; Third, the "eloquent" type, the teacher knows the textbook by heart. They come to class with only a piece of chalk, a few vivid words and a few beautiful words or symbols, so that we can master and understand what we need to learn. We like and admire such teachers very much. Even though some of them are not optimistic and dressed sloppily, in our eyes, the more we look at them, the more we feel that he has temperament. When they grow up, I will think he has temperament. There are "mixed fish and dragons" in it, and there are all kinds of colors. If teachers are forcibly divided into different categories and types, there can be n categories from X angles. Su Dongpo said in Xilin Wall: "From the side of the ridge, the height is different." This may also be true. Now some people divide teachers into three levels according to their influence on students in classroom teaching: 3. First-class teachers make students realize the truth of being a man. It seems reasonable, but if you think about it carefully, you will feel that this division is too high, because there are still some teachers around us who not only fail to let students acquire knowledge, but can't teach them well. How many teachers are there who mislead others? Some people also divide teachers into four types according to their quality and teaching methods: 1. "Deep learning"-knowledgeable, but lacking good teaching methods; 2. "Easy to understand"-I am not knowledgeable, but I can seek truth from facts; 3. "Shallow to deep"-I have no ink on my chest, but I am putting on airs, so I am mysterious. I want to show people with my vagueness that I am mysterious and mysterious about simple truth. This is the worst teacher; 4. "Easy to understand"-the profound truth is easy to understand and is very popular with students. He is a good teacher. I think this four-category classification evolved from an idiom is quite scientific. Some people divide teachers into four types or realms: the first realm is to make a living. This kind of teacher only regards teaching as a means of bringing home the bacon. As long as he is paid every month, he is delicious every day. It doesn't matter to him how the students behave or how their grades are. The second realm is driven by pride. This kind of teacher attaches great importance to others' evaluation of himself, and he will do his best to prove his ability to others. The third realm is to educate people. This kind of teacher has a tireless spirit of teaching and educating people. While imparting book knowledge, he also attaches importance to guiding students how to deal with people. I can set an example myself. In such a teacher's class, I can not only learn a lot of knowledge, but also learn a lot of truth about being a man. The fourth realm is based on love. This kind of teacher can give students selfless care, work day and night for students, regardless of fame and fortune, and ask for nothing in return, even if they lose their youth, face and health, they have no regrets. In real life, there may be more first-class and second-class teachers, and many of them have real skills. Personally, I think the third category is the best teacher, and the fourth category can only be regarded as "saints". Some people divide teachers into three levels according to their professional consciousness: 1. Know the teacher. Many teachers are not conscious when teaching, and they are not greedy for fame and fortune. Or just think of it as a means of survival. 2. "Good" teacher. Here, we might as well understand "good" as being good at management. Teaching at this time is for fame and fortune. In fact, fame and fortune here is not necessarily a derogatory term, it is also a necessity and a manifestation of self-motivation. For example, in order to get more honors, to get a higher professional title as soon as possible, and to enjoy better treatment after becoming a famous teacher, we should make constant efforts, constantly explore our own potential, and constantly devote ourselves to it. Although the subjective starting point may not be lofty, it will also create a good educational effect objectively. 3. "Happy" teacher. Teachers at this level have risen to a level where they not only enjoy "teaching" but also integrate themselves into it. There is a life dedicated to "teaching". "Teaching" here not only refers to imparting knowledge, but also includes conveying the idea of humanistic care. Such a "teacher" has great wisdom and approachable cohesion. Wherever he goes, he forms a powerful magnetic field, and everyone's heart is pulled by a noble and sacred force. Even the simplest truth he said can be made. So as to truly realize "learning from others and believing in their ways". This state can not be achieved by cleverness or means, nor can anyone imitate it from the aspects of action and language. This is a process of accumulation, precipitation and promotion, and there is no shortcut except attention. This is the most ideal state for teachers. This division fully borrows Confucius' saying that "the knower is not as good as the good, but good." 2. diligent and neat horse type; 3. Pride and impetuous rabbit type; 4. Smooth and speculative monkey type; 5. timid mouse type; 6. Flatter the dog type; 7. There is nothing but a pig. I think this is not to classify teachers, but to classify people. Nowadays, the concept of education is updated, and the classification of teachers is more complicated. I have read some books about so-called new ideas, and combined with the thinking and teaching situation reflected by teachers around me, I try to divide the current teachers into the following four levels: First, useless. Such a teacher didn't like studying when he was a child. They don't have good learning methods, and some even have ideological and moral problems. They don't know why they want to play the role of "learning to be an excellent official", and naturally they are extremely uncomfortable with their work. Such teachers can neither impart correct knowledge to students, nor do they know how to cultivate students' abilities, let alone how to use them ... Due to China's political system and other factors, there are quite a few such teachers today. Second, the type of traditional education. Traditional educational teachers adopt the "tiger mother" education method, that is, parents treat their children equally, are mandatory, and control everything strictly, even more strictly. This kind of education plays a great role in the acquisition and consolidation of children's basic knowledge, but children do not have the fun of childhood. The ability to think independently and play independently is relatively lacking. Third, the new concept. The so-called new educational concept is actually based on Dewey's "child-centered" thought, which is very free, respectful and indulgent to children, trying to satisfy their curiosity, or creating a certain space for children to explore new things and play independently. Today, new ideas are advocated, and teachers with new ideas are also advocated today. Some people even regard whether they have new ideas as the only criterion for evaluating whether they are good teachers or not. I don't think so. I think that only the teachers who combine traditional education with new ideological education in China are the most needed teachers today, and of course they are the best teachers today. Fourth, teach students in accordance with their aptitude. China people always admire foreign things. Now, because the United States is the most powerful country in the world, a group of education administrators who worship foreign things and flatter foreign countries think that the American education method is better than our traditional education method. Therefore, our traditional way of education ("tiger mother" education) is being criticized as never before. In fact, our traditional education method is compared with the indulgent and completely open education method in the United States. More likely to successfully educate children. For example, Zeng Guofan, a famous minister in the Qing Dynasty, summarized parenting as "diligence, filial piety, frugality, benevolence, perseverance and modesty". He is famous for his strict family education. Because he taught his children well, so the descendants came forth in large numbers, breaking the myth that "three generations are not rich". So far, his descendants have made impressive achievements in various fields. Liu Bocheng worked hard all his life. Moreover, he became a famous strategist and was known as a "Confucian general". Among the generals of our army, Liu Bocheng is famous for his diligence. He admired the spirit of hard struggle of the ancients since he was a child. When he was studying in a private school, he often came to the school first and then left the school. He not only recited the text, but also recited notes. In middle school and military academy, he was even more diligent, so that he got grades in all subjects. It is inseparable from his father's compulsory education when he was a child. I remember Xu Jinglei, a movie star, director and calligrapher, said that her current calligraphy was formed by her father forcing her to practice when she was a child, and she is very grateful to her father now ... There are many similar examples. Therefore, I think the two education methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we should teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
