Xi An Lintong Terracotta Warriors and Horses
The terracotta warriors and horses pit is huge, with three pits of about 20 thousand square meters. There are nearly 8,000 terracotta warriors and horses, 100 wooden chariots and more than 40,000 bronze weapons in the pit. The No.1 pit is the largest, with an area of 1.2 million square meters and more than 6,000 figurines and horses. The second pit is half the size of the former, with more than 1000 figurines and horses. The third pit is only over 500 square meters, and there are 68 warrior figures in it. According to archaeological judgment, these burial pits symbolize that the Soviet Guards guarded the cemetery before the death of the first emperor. The three pits were arranged according to the art of war, and the third pit was commanded by the General Command.
This is an unparalleled underground army array in the world. Standing in front of the No.1 pit is the most shocking: in front is the shooter, 2 10 warriors, lined up in three teams, holding bows and arrows and carrying quiver; Armored infantry followed closely, and a column of 40 chariots mixed with horses and chariots poured out of more than a dozen tunnels; The army has flanks on the left and right and three rows of guards at the end. The layout of the whole army array is close, which looks like it is ready to go, reminiscent of the invincible power of the original emperor Jin Ge sweeping Liuhe.
Xi An Lintong Huaqingchi
According to legend, Zhou Youwang built a post station here in the Western Zhou Dynasty. The Qin, Han and Sui dynasties have been rebuilt successively, and the Tang Dynasty has been added several times. It was called Tangquan Palace, and was later renamed Hot Spring Palace. When I arrived in Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, I built a large-scale building, taking Tangjing as a pool, surrounded by mountains and listing palaces. At this time, I called Huaqing Palace. Because the palace is above the hot spring, it is also called Huaqing Pool.
Huaqingchi in the Tang Dynasty was a palace where concubines in the harem held banquets. It comes here every year 10 and comes back at the end of the year. According to records, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty came here 36 times during the 465,438+0 years from the second year of Kaiyuan (765,438+04) to the fourteenth year of Tianbao (755). Bai Juyi wrote, "It was early spring. In Song of Eternal Sorrow, they bathed her in a pure flower pond to warm and smooth her creamy and crystal-clear skin.
Above the gate of Huaqing Pool, there is a plaque inscribed by Guo Moruo. The baths of the two palace-style buildings in the gate are symmetrical, and new baths follow. From the new bath to the right is Jiulong Lake, and on the east bank of the lake is Yichun Hall. Feishuang Hall is the main building on the north bank, Chenxiang Hall is opposite to Yichun Hall, and Jiuqu Gallery is located on the west bank. There is a "Guifei Pool" complex in the south. "Lotus soup" pool is shaped like a stone lotus for the emperor to bathe in; The "Haitang Soup" pool is shaped like a Haitang for the imperial concubine to enjoy; "Shang Tang poetry" is the place where ministers bathe; The legend of "Star Soup" is that there is no shelter on and around the original site, and you can see the stars in the sky by taking a bath. There is an ancient hot spring source behind the star soup.
Xi Dayan Pagoda
The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a square cone-shaped pavilion-style brick pagoda with the style of traditional architectural art in China. This tower is 64 meters high and has seven floors. The tower is made of brick and has spiraling stairs. There is an arched ticket gate on all sides of each floor, overlooking Chang 'an from the railing. There are stone gates at the bottom of the tower, and there are exquisite line carved Buddha statues on the lintel, which is said to have been made by Yan, a great painter in the Tang Dynasty. There are stone tablets on both sides of the south gate at the bottom of the tower. On the left is Li Shimin's Preface to Tang Sanzang, written by Chu Suiliang, a great calligrapher. On the right is Li Zhi and Chu Suiliang's Preface to Tang Sanzang. These two stone tablets were erected here by Xuanzang in Yonghui, Tang Gaozong, in October of the fourth year, and have been well preserved so far. It is worth mentioning that Wu Daozi and Wang Wei, painters of the Tang Dynasty, made many murals for Gianji, but unfortunately they have long been forgotten by history. However, there are still exquisite Tang dynasty lines on the stone lintels and doorframes of the lower four-door cave of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
The following cultural relics are basically in the west Xianyang area. Xianyang is my second hometown at present, so I used my introduction to other friends for your reference.

Not far from Maoling is the tomb of Yang Guifei. There is an antique dedication hall with three rooms in front of the park. The memorial hall is the tomb, 3 meters high and surrounded by blue bricks. Legend has it that women rubbing their faces with the soil from the imperial concubine's tomb can remove the dark spots on their faces and make their facial muscles tender. Therefore, its tomb soil is called "imperial concubine powder", and women from far and near are scrambling to wipe their faces with soil. Even tourists from other places have to bring bags back to the tomb, so the tomb pile is getting smaller and smaller, and the grave keeper keeps adding to it, but it is quickly taken away. In order to protect the tomb, it must be wrapped in blue bricks. In this way, people can never take it out of the grave again.
Further, Ganling is a unique mausoleum in China and even in the world where two emperors and a couple emperors were buried together. Li Zhi, the third emperor of the Tang Dynasty, and Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in China history, are buried here. Ganling is bigger than Maoling.
There is also the Hanyang Mausoleum, which is known as the Little Terracotta Warriors. It is the graveyard of Liu Qi, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and Wang Shi, Queen of the Han Dynasty. The Han figurines unearthed from Hanyang Mausoleum are very attractive. They are only one-third the size of real people, about 60 cm tall, naked and without arms. According to research, these terracotta figures were all dressed in beautiful clothes when they were just finished, and their arms were made of wood, so that the wooden arms could rotate flexibly. However, after thousands of years of wind and frost, clothes and wooden arms have decayed, leaving only bare and mutilated bodies. Compared with the solemnity and fortitude of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the First Qin Dynasty, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Han Dynasty in Yangling are peaceful and calm, which embodies the serene social atmosphere in the "rule of Wenjing" and is well worth visiting.
Zhaoling is the tomb of Li Shimin, the second emperor of the Tang Dynasty. It is the largest of the "Eighteen Tombs of the Tang Dynasty" in Guanzhong, Shaanxi. The cemetery is huge, with a total area of over 20,000 hectares. Known as the "world famous mausoleum", it is the largest royal cemetery in the world. A large number of cultural relics are left on the ground and underground. It is a physical witness that the early Tang Dynasty moved towards the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and it is a rare treasure house for us to understand and study the politics, economy and culture of the feudal society in Tang Dynasty and even in China.
In addition, there is the mausoleum of Emperor Gaozu, which is also worth seeing. The mausoleum is the mausoleum of Liu Bang, the founding emperor of the Han Dynasty and the first emperor in history, who won the world with a cloth and a sword, and quietly sleeps here. Zhouling, near Xianyang City, is the tomb of West Zhou Wenwang and King Wu, and I suggest you go there.
Finally, I would like to remind you in particular that this long-distance visitor who is coming to Xi 'an must pay attention to safety when playing, and keep in touch with family, friends and classmates at any time when necessary in foreign affairs activities. If you can travel with other friends, you can also give priority. Finally, I wish you all the best again!
