Liu Tianming (1937-) is from Jingxian County, Anhui Province. Director of China Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Anhui Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Executive Vice Chairman and Permanent Secretary of Anhui Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of Anhui Calligraphers Association. 1960 graduated from the Chinese Department of Hefei Normal University.
