Activity 2: There are many printed, stamped and written words on the relics unearthed from the site of Nanyue Palace. For example, the word "Long live" written in South Vietnam more than 2,000 years ago, the seal script carved on pottery bricks, and the wooden slips unearthed in water wells not only have beautiful fonts and calligraphy value, but also hide a lot of historical information behind them, which provides rich research materials for the history of South Vietnam.

In this activity, some characters were selected from Wa, Wa, Wen Tao and wooden slips in South Vietnam and made into copybooks. While teaching children to write Nanyue characters, introduce them to the meaning behind the characters and the hidden historical passwords.

Activity 3: Learning to Write Nanyue Bamboo Slips In 2004, more than 100 pieces of Nanyue bamboo slips were unearthed in a seepage well in Nanyue National Palace site, which recorded more than 1000 words, which is of great historical value and is known as "the first bamboo slip in Lingnan". Why were the wooden slips of the palace found in a seepage well? What are the first-hand written materials recorded by the people of the South Vietnamese Palace actually written? What are the historical stories behind it?

This activity will take you to explore the excavation process of wooden slips in the well and interpret the historical stories on wooden slips. You can also learn to write and edit wooden slips by imitating Nanyue Palace.
