The detailed explanation of the practice of pure wisdom is divided into three parts: (1) Who is a practitioner and the order of practice; (2) The order of mature initiation; (3) The teachings that can lead to complete liberation. Order of commandments. (1) Stages of practitioners There are four stages of practitioners: the white nature of the instructor, the self-nature of the student and disciple, the method of determining the unity and interdependence of the body and mind, and the differentiation of the respective faculties. (1) There are two types of guru’s nature: giving and taking. To rely on one of the teachings of a pure guru, one should first confirm his virtue. In general, the guru should be proficient in the key points of all vehicles, have a heart of great kindness and compassion; be skillful in secret mantras, have received perfect initiations; abide by oaths, strictly observe the precepts, and practice the four branches of close practice and have been verified; especially , have mastered the secret meaning of the great perfection of nature, and protected others to be at ease, and achieved enlightenment, mastered the view, obtained the warm sign of the Dharma-nature, practiced skillfully, and never violated the Dharma-nature during practice. The practice of non-duality is also very refined, and the mind about the objects, the mind that can be grasped, and the mind of discrimination have gradually become weaker, and there is no choice or rejection; in understanding the ultimate fruition position, there is no need to worry about the accuracy of the three liberations, and it is practiced diligently. Thoughts have disappeared, so my mind is broad and my mind is at ease. "The Tantra of Sound Responsibility" says: "The master with perfect nature becomes the source of all merits and virtues and masters the perfect root of bodhi." "The Tantra of the Self-Awakening of Awakening" says: "The master with perfect nature has a kind nature and is good at practice. , obtain the enlightenment of the secret meaning, understand everything inside and outside, never abandon the deity, concentrate on cultivating concentration without distraction, understand the meaning of the Great Circle Secret, and be able to do everything inside and outside without violating the transcendent view. Righteousness, abandon all inner and outer secret matters, sincerely become the great treasure of merit, and use the endless treasure. ""The Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra" says: "The skillful and vast tantra is connected to all sects, the quality is excellent, the view is extremely profound, and the king of secret mantras. Vajra Alija." If divided, it is said in "The White Rises Tantra of Awakening": "Teachers are also divided into four meanings: **tonghe guide guru, and imparting instructions and instructions." Although it is said to be four kinds. Teacher, but here they are classified into two types. "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "There are two gurus on the root branches." (A) Those who give initiations, lectures, and teach secrets are called "root gurus", and those who have one or two of them are called "top branches." division". Although there are two types of guru, if one can now practice all the secrets of it and become one of great dignity, it can also be called the "root". (B) The master who should be abandoned means he does not have the above-mentioned merits, has broken the rules and vows, is ignorant and arrogant, only focuses on the worldly affairs of this life to entangle himself, closes the disciples' eyes of wisdom, and destroys the path to liberation. This is like what "The Self-Awakening Sutra" says: "Ignorance, arrogance and ignorance, just interpreting the meaning of the text, not thinking about the deep truth of the secret mantra, speaking arrogant words to hurt people's feelings, falling into crooked ways and evil ways, never seeing the initiation altar in person , Violate oaths and rules, fail to answer disciples' questions, be ignorant and arrogant, and therefore do not observe the master's disciples' demons. How can they be the secret teachings of the pavilion? Great Yuan Ati cannot teach them, and they should not be accompanied by them. " "Vajrasattva." "Xin Xin Jing Su" says: "An unqualified teacher is like a monkey in a monkey trick and falls into evil ways and tantric vehicles. This evil guide should be abandoned." (2) The nature of the disciples. (A) The one with the same root can be divided into two types. The one who can teach the same principles of empowerment and instruction is a good one. (Son)*** has the same root. "The Self-Rising Sutra of Awakening" says: "Have faith and be extremely diligent, have vast wisdom and no attachment, practice tantric practice with utmost sincerity, have no delusional thoughts, and practice the Dharma diligently, be passionate and loving, and meditate soberly. , whatever you do, follow the teacher’s teachings, behave according to the rules and abide by the oath, behave in a manner that is compatible with others, be respectful and humble, and move others, only say a word and remember it, do your own business according to this, stick to secret instructions, never violate the Vajra Principles, stay close to A learned and learned person never violates his duty, speaks gently and without arrogance, and can harmonize with other people's minds. Regardless of whether he is a teacher or a Tathagata, he treats everyone equally without distinction. This is the nature of a disciple. This is said to be a great round instrument." "Yingcheng Tantra" says: "Have confidence and wisdom, have integrity and no mistakes, what you say is not confusing, rely on the master with clear roots." "Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra" says: "Be neither arrogant nor impetuous, be natural and calm, Keep in mind the blessings and the meaning of the secret mantra, give generously and perfectly with determination, and say that this secret weapon is full of vajra meaning." (Ugly) disciples who should give it up.
As "The Self-Rising Sutra of Awakening" says: "It is disrespectful and disrespectful to mess with secret mantras. It has neither caste nor permanence. It is low in wisdom and ungrateful. It is meaningless and boring to show off family background and luxury. It does not realize that the disciple is the enemy of the teacher. In this regard, "If you don't value reality and cultivate people, you don't want to preach great perfection." "Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra" says: "Idiot, ignorance, arrogance and hypocrisy, arrogance, nonsense and belittling of others, shameless and shameless behavior are definitely not Tantric roots. The instrument should be discarded." (3) The method of determining the same rituals is divided into three parts: A, B, and C: (A) The master and disciple love each other because they are the same; (B) The secret meaning can be imparted after examining the root instrument. ; (C) The merits of relying on the guru’s teachings. (A) The reason for keeping is the same, the master and the disciple love each other as two persons. The so-called one who keeps the same. Master and disciple must also abide by the oath when cultivating secrets, so there should be no rudeness, quarrels, etc. between each other, because the person who teaches the oath is the guru, and the person who accepts the oath is the disciple. "The Self-Rising Tantra of Awakening" says: "The so-called guru and disciples are generally called the protected cause. The protected cause is the guru. Those who can protect are disciples. All actions must follow the teacher." Therefore, master and disciple respect each other. There should be loving kindness. "The Self-Rising Sutra of Awakening" also says: "The relationship of compassion is uninterrupted, and the succession of loving-kindness is uninterrupted, which can connect master and disciple with each other." The master nurtures the disciple with compassion and has a close relationship with the disciple, so it should be like this. (B) Observe the tantric root device. "The Self-Rising Sutra of Awakening" says: "The meaning of the Great Perfection of the Tips should not be poured into evil vessels. Once the essence of faith is poured into evil vessels, both parties will be destroyed if the essence is lost, so the lower roots should be kept secret. ” (C) There are two methods of relying on the guru and its merits: methods of reliance and merits of reliance. (Sub) means to rely on. As stated in "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan": "The root branches are divided into two masters, each possessing the corresponding nature. He should use his own body to govern the country, and his family members should be used as a refuge. He should use his body, words, and actions to rejoice. The master and the Buddha have equal support." " "The White Rises of Awakening" says: "For masters who possess the secrets and skills, they should rely on themselves and treasures and extremely rare objects." "The Vajrasattva Heart-beating Mirror Tantra" says: "Vajra Alika, the king of secret mantras, presents The body should do its best to rely on it.” (Chou) Also rely on the merits of the guru. "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "Measure the merits and virtues of relying on, you can get as much as the wish-fulfilling tree, the wish-fulfilling treasure and the wish-fulfilling cow, the same merits are immeasurable. If you rely on the guru with your heart, you can defeat the enemies of samsara." (4) There are three types of explanations of the different faculties: A, B, and C: (A) The general faculties of teaching Dzogchen; (B) Discussing the faculties that can absorb and teach; (C) Praising the supreme faculties. (A) Always teach the root of Dzogchen. As "Treasure Inlaid Tantra" says: "This great mandala of secret mantras cannot be revealed universally. It can only be passed down by those who can keep the secrets. Those who are masters of the secrets of secret mantras can pass on the secret meanings in this way. They should be able to fulfill the secret entrustment and work hard." Those who diligently practice the meaning of secret mantras will possess great wisdom and tact, and they will also keep their alliances and keep their precepts." (B) Let's talk about who can absorb the teachings. "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "Anyone who upholds the view and practices can be diligent from the beginning to the end, give generously to the guru, strictly abide by forbidden actions and avoid evil deeds, have an unchanging and strong will, or have a gentle temperament, honest and calm character, and a good nature. When you are leisurely and have few delusional thoughts, and when you are separated from your body and speech, you have wisdom that can be taught." (C) Praise for the supreme root of teaching. "Treasure Inlaid Tantra" says: "Kshatriyas and Brahmins, such as Vaishyas and other prominent families, it is said that the secret meaning can be passed down to people with great virtues. Or there is no classification based on skin color, regardless of male or female, anyone with skin color, said He is a Dzogchen root organ. His limbs are thick and his skin is dark. His teeth are white and even. His eye veins are slightly reddish in color. His hair is black and spirals to the right. He rarely wears any disguise. He looks like an ordinary person. The words he speaks have weight, and the style of his words is just like what one person says. The same goes for his husband. If he has one of these qualities, he can be a butcher, a prostitute, or a beggar. It doesn’t matter who he is. Anyone can teach this secret essence to anyone. If you are poor and have no qualifications, the teacher can take out your own qualifications and give them all without leaving any leftovers. The secret essence of the three secret tips is observed after caste and skin color. After I enter nirvana, These secrets and tips should be passed on to all those who possess them.
" (2) Detailed description of the stages of initiation. There are four stages of mature initiation: (1) The merits of initiation; (2) The sin of not taking initiation; (3) How to give initiation; (4) The order of its accompanying samaya vows. (1) Initiation of merit. "The White Origin of Awakening" says: "The difference in merit is like this. There is no obstacle to the great manifestation of wisdom. If you rely on self-appearance as your companion, everything can be done." ""Vajrasattva's State of Mind Tantra" says: "The initiation and completion of the three bodies comes from Yuanxian. ” He also said: “If you don’t practice the secret mantra of wonderful initiation, it will be achieved by itself. " (2) The sin of not receiving the initiation. As "The Self-Rising Tantra of Awakening" says: "The sin of not receiving the initiation is just like this, causing panic, fear, obstruction, obstacles and loss of mindfulness in the bardo realm. Even before breaking away from the body of habitual habits, and not being regarded as a respectable person by all living beings, one will have poor fortune, short life, lack of living supplies, encounter dangers, dangers, and many dangers, and nothing can be accomplished. This refers to the sin of not receiving initiation before practicing esoteric Buddhism. "Vajrasattva Beats the Mind" says: "If you have not obtained the yoga of wonderful initiation, you are like a boatman without an oar, how can you cross the river to the other side." " (3) There are four kinds of empowerments given. As "Sound Ying Cheng Tan" says: "The rituals of the empowerment are now said to be internal and external secrets and the most secret, and the total of them has four phases. The body, speech, mind, and heart of living beings are all given the four characteristics of the initiation. In order to make them pure, the four initiation methods are used to mature those who are destined. There are dramas, no dramas, extremely no dramas, and the ultimate no dramas are divided into four categories. Those who can be familiar with it will continue to follow each other. " (A) First of all, the initiation of drama theory is the sequence of initiation based on the colorful earth mandala. As "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "Initiation is given to those who have drama theory, and the training of attendants and close attendants are all done with tools. Made by Master Xiang. In addition, for the foundation ritual, prepare to draw lines and apply colored powder, like a mandala. Thereafter, the sequence of initiations begins with the sravaka. After completing the eight stages, the initiation for the Great Perfect Enlightenment is given. Each irrigation has its own requirements, and the effects will be discussed later after entering the altar. " (B) Afterwards, the secret initiation of Wuxi Lun is carried out by relying on Manchara and the treasure vase. "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "When the Wuxi Lun is familiar with it, he is given the Wuxi Sheng initiation, relying on Mancharo and Aquarius, recite hymns and give initiation. " (C) Secondly, the Jiwuxi theory initiation is carried out based on expression and symbolism. "Sound Ying Cheng Tan" says: "For Jiwuxi theory, first of all, it should be as mentioned before. Distinguish the boundaries of samsara and nirvana, and then use the appearance of emptiness. Observe the obstacles of body, speech and mind, and their nature is also like emptiness. If the behavior is not pure, follow the self-righteousness to purify it, rely on the initiation expressed by relying on it, point directly to the bright side of self-awareness, and skillfully cooperate with the expression technique. " (D) Finally, the ultimate non-drama initiation is to rely on views and visual methods to perform the enlightenment of awareness. "Sound Ying Cheng Tan" says: "The ultimate non-drama initiation opens the door to the mandala in the heart. , The body sitting posture must be proficient, and combined with its views, the awareness is the teaching. "As mentioned above, it is best to give initiations every other year, but there is no problem in giving them every other month and every other day, because they are beginners. For those who are really predestined, there is no problem in giving all the initiations in one or four days. For ordinary people, it is necessary to Initiation every other month is called the "step-by-step teaching of the secrets" of the Dzogchen method. Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish the conditions of the root apparatus, the amount of warmth and the signs, and teach the initiation and explain the secrets according to the order, so as to achieve the purpose and protect the teachings. It is also extremely strict, and if there is no difference, you will easily be punished. After receiving the initiation, a banquet must be held to reward the guru and yogi in order to satisfy them. The "Jewel Inlaid Tantra" says: "Nothing can be done without a banquet. They worshiped at a grand banquet to make the master and his entourage happy. In the same way, brothers of the Vajra, one, two, three, or hundreds, thousands, who can hold a banquet and offer offerings, can make the yogi happy, all good deeds will be accomplished by themselves, and all evil deeds can be liberated. " (4) Describe in detail the order of the samaya precepts, which are divided into six items: the vow body, the explanation, the merits, the sins, the differences and the observance of the law. (A) The vow itself. It refers to the temporary give-and-take phenomenon that occurs during the initiation. This is because the object is determined, so when it is necessary to break, it is broken, and when it is necessary to give up, it is given up. They are all protected by laws and regulations to protect the continuous mind. "The Perfect Sutra of the Lion's Wonderful Power" says: "The body is the energy. For protection. " (B) Explanation of the words. "The one who swears" can restrain his mind through the antidote of the oath, and the "one who speaks" can burn and fall into sin by the precepts. "The Sutra of the Oath" says: "The one who swears has become bound, and the one who speaks Burn the worries. ” (C) Those who are good at keeping their oaths.
If you strictly abide by your oath, everything can be accomplished, whether temporary or final. "The Self-Rising Sutra of Awakening" says: "Whoever can keep his oath will have all his wishes come true." (D) Those who violate the oath and precepts. This is an immeasurable sin, and it will be classified into the second category for the time being. (Son) These include *** the same consequences of sin. For example, "The Self-Initiation and Sutra of Awakening" says: "If you break your oath, you will definitely go to hell." It also says: "The oaths that break the oath are a sign of all kinds of unhappiness, the spread of epidemics, evil guides, etc. If you kill sentient beings, you will go to hell, and you will become blind. He cannot see color, his ears are deaf and he cannot accomplish anything, leprosy and boils are prevalent, banditry is ruthless and the administration is harsh, unprecedented plagues occur, his children and wives die first, enemies are everywhere, and everything he does is extremely unjust." (ugly) special characteristics. There are three faults for saying that you are not perfect: slandering your guru, slandering fellow vajra brothers and sisters, and damaging secret doors. I. Slandering the Guru. Anyone who violates the samaya precepts against the guru is guilty of immeasurable crimes. "The Perfect Tantra of the Power of the Lion" says: "Slandering the teachers who rely on them is like turning off the lamp in a dark cave. There is no chance of seeing. The endless hell is extremely endless. They are in a miserable state for a long time and suffer great suffering for countless kalpas." Since we are the closest to the holy state, we do not break the vows at all, because once we break the vows, even if we repent, we can only reduce the obstacles of sin, but cannot restore the samaya vows, and our hard work will be in vain, and we will eventually have to go to hell. "Vajrasattva's State of Mind Tantra" says: "Bad oaths burn everything like fire. For a vajra master who teaches the secret meaning, if he offers the same amount of gold as his body, the bad oaths cannot be compensated and he will be burned." Ⅱ. Slandering colleagues. There are four types of so-called disciples of the same path: all sentient beings who have joined the human Taoist sect; close disciples are human tantras or followers of the same lineage; scattered disciples are disciples of the same teacher; extremely mixed disciples are in the same mandala, or watch the same light, or People who receive initiations and teachings from the same vase or seat. "The Self-Rising Tantra of Awakening" says: "There are four types of Vajra disciples, generally individual and intermingled, and mandala and vase intermingled." For such disciples of the same master who violate the vows, their sins are serious and immeasurable. "The Perfect Tantra of the Lion's Wonderful Power" says: "Vajra brothers and sisters, brothers of the Supreme Bodhi, relying on the Dharma-nature Bodhi Vow and the Vajra Oath are connected, and they will never be separated from each other. If you violate this and arouse hatred, it will be like killing with a knife. I will cut off my life for five hundred generations. Although I don’t want to, all kinds of unhappiness in this world will come. Even if I fall into the three lower realms and have no time to suffer, I will continue to experience it and never be free from great suffering.” III. Those who mess up the secret door are guilty. "The Perfect Tantra of the Wonderful Power of the Lion" says: "The extremely secret of Great Circle Ati, if preached to those with weak faculties, is like drilling into wood to get fire. When drilling, one draws fire and burns oneself, and other forms will also be burned. The meaning of the secret mantra is like fire. , For those who have little fortune and low intelligence, who are ignorant and confused about cause and effect, once they slander the great truth, they will be thrown into the three lower realms in the future, and they will not understand the truth and suffer hardship. For those who spread secrets, they will use their tongues as plows and suffer great suffering. The reason for the great calamity is to keep it secret, even if you don’t tell the direction of the wind, otherwise you will never be able to escape, and you will experience great suffering and extreme misery.” (E) Difference. Although there are immeasurable differences, they are roughly divided into three categories here, namely, root, branch and secret king's oath. (Zi) First, say the fundamental vows. As stated in "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan": "Although the difference between the vows of those who receive the initiation cannot be explained, they are classified into the three secrets of body, speech and mind, combined with the practitioner's body, speech and mind." The vow of the body means that the body strictly guards against all evils and performs all good deeds. Visualize the body as the deity, especially without wavering from the three views. The oath of words means words to prevent all evil and do good deeds, chanting and reciting mantras, especially speaking is strictly prohibited. The vow of mind is to use the mind to prevent all evils and do all good deeds. When practicing the meaning of Samadhi for the second time in the life cycle, you must especially not be discriminating about anything. (Ugly) Secondly, although there are many types of branch oaths, here are eight types: that is, to always treat the Three Jewels with respect and never slack off; not to slander the Vajra Master; not to hate the Vajra disciples; not to harm all living beings; and to be compassionate. Be pregnant; give up the ten evils; practice the ten good deeds; honor your parents. Do not disclose secret meanings without permission, and do your best to keep secrets. "The Perfection of the Lion's Power" says: "The Three Jewels should not be abandoned, do good deeds and do no evil, and do not slander the Vajra Guru." "The Tantra of the Sound Response" says: "The guru vajra friends should be protected differently. ""The Perfection of the Lion's Power" says: "The master who inspires self-realization must come to worship, and the parents who nurture the body and mind must always respect and serve without interruption.
" He also said: "If such a sign occurs, perform the above-mentioned repentance. If you do it, you will be able to understand the ground. " This is also true for the case where a disciple breaks his oath and betrays his guru. It is said that repentance can only make the obstacles of sin lessened, but he will definitely receive the retribution of the shadow. "The Sutra of the Secret Oath" says: “Those who slander Vajra Master regret it, but are still suffering from the three evil realms due to their karma, so they should work hard to keep their oaths. " In short, the precepts are said to be the foundation of all merits, so they should be kept pure and protected. "Book of Advice to Relatives and Friends" says: "The precepts are like the immovable earth, the Buddha said that they become the foundation of merits. " In particular, the foundation of Vajrayana is only a pure oath, so the oath of purity and protection is very important. "Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra" says: "The oath of Vajrayana is like a great foundation, which can give rise to all great foundations. "What kind of tantra does the theory of such initiations and vows come from? According to this: "Natural Perfection Tantra", "Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra", "The Lion's Power of Perfection Tantra", "Awakening Self-Awakening Tantra" " and so on all say that there is "heavy reception" and "protection"; "The Treasure Inlaid Tantra" says that there are half and half "yes" and "no"; It is nothing; "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says that they are all four kinds of purity. However, these statements mainly show the meaning of the ultimate non-drama theory. (3) The teachings that can achieve complete liberation are explained in detail. The third step is to establish relationships with directors, determine practices, and choose practical teachings. (1) Establishing relationships with directors. "Awakening White Interpretation Tantra" says: "After the initiation of the altar is complete, the practical teachings should be explained in detail. "The Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra" says: "After such initiation is completed, the above teachings should be imparted. "Everyone should not teach secret mantras before receiving initiation, because teaching secret teachings to those whose faculties are not yet mature will lead to sin. Before liberation, they must be matured, because immature faculties cannot be liberated, just like unripe fruits. Although the body is formed, eating it is not only useless, but also harmful. All in all, any secret mantra you practice must first be blessed by empowerment. Especially for the Dzogchen law, empowerment is essential, and the completion of the empowerment is crucial. There is a lot of history of being punished for losing the secret door if someone was granted the Dzogchen teaching before. Therefore, future generations should take this as a warning and pay attention to the prior initiation. (2) There are two types of practice: A and B: (A) Image. Practicing like a beggar; (B) Practicing like a wild beast; (A) Practicing like a beggar; that is, going to a remote and unfamiliar place, pretending to be poor and humble, relying on begging for food and clothing, so that people can practice without any knowledge. Others show off their own merits, which is the sign of having no desire for others; they are indifferent to other people's teachings, teachers, magical powers, etc., and they are not envious even if they see them with their own eyes. This is the sign of believing in their own secrets (B). Practice like a wild beast. Go to the tombs, mountains, and empty valleys, and practice by giving up the three things of body, speech, and mind. To do things with the body is to give up all the busy things in the world, live calmly, and stabilize the pulses. When the pulses are stable, the breath and the heart will be stable. It is naturally stable, so the delusional thoughts are naturally covered up; words and deeds mean that the mouth is silent, silent, and silent, so indescribable meanings naturally arise in the heart; thoughts and deeds are after all kinds of delusional thoughts arise, and the mind If you don't follow it and keep your mind, you will naturally be free from delusional thoughts. As stated in "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan": "Believers stay away from the worldly mind, worship the guru and give alms widely, abandon all worldly things, and practice alone without companions. " (3) There are two parts to choosing the actual teaching: A and B: (A) The practice of having the mind based on the object; (B) The practice of having the mind based on awareness. (A) The practice of having the mind based on the object There are two items: Weizi and Chou: the general category determines the meaning, and the different categories determine the meaning. As stated in the Treasure Accumulation Tantra: "Based on these two kinds of mental states, one can practice the nature of the meaning of things and the conditions of the objects. The heart directs the practice and the method to be practiced. Those who have realized the self-appearance of awareness will show that they are one in total. " (Confucius) always said that categories determine meaning. As stated in "Treasure Accumulation Tantra": "The order is so differentiated, and those who practice it in an orderly manner, and use the principles of the four masters, take the four-nature of the governing method. Based on these four kinds of realization knowledge, we can cut off the current flow of life like this. There are four tips to stay in the Dharma, which make you feel in a place of no support. This meaning has four secret meanings, which judge all laws in the world. There are four types of people in this period, who are able to be independent of all dharmas. The four key points of liberation from pure rules are to gain freedom from all troubles.
” But this is not a matter of relying on the behavior and not practicing it. It just means that when it is liberated, it shows that there is no disorder in the path position of a Putegara. Yoga retreats are also divided into five categories: day and night practice The secret is "the method of releasing the whole ocean"; at that time, the key point is the secret meaning of "establishing the root of all things"; the result is to seal the troubles; at that time, it is the time to live in the above five categories. In retreat yoga, it is divided into four types of meditation: the first type of Bodhisattva concentration, the second method of practicing deep secret mantra, the third method of holding the mind of heavenly beings, the fourth type of meditation method of Tathagata, etc. Bodhisattva concentration. As stated in "Sound Response to Success Tantra": "The natural flow out of nature is said to be various kinds of meditation. The breath and bright points of the channels, body, eyes and emptiness are all called cultivation. The light and color of the words, the changing signs of release and retraction, this is called samadhi, the reality of self-release without doing, No matter how it changes, it is the secret intention of all Buddhas. ""Sun and Moon Together on the Wall" says: "There are three methods of practice, namely, the practice of the mind of gods, the meditation of the Mahayana, and the secret meaning of the Buddhas of the three generations. ""The Sutra of the Self-Awakening" says: "The steadfastness of gods and humans, the tranquility of Bodhisattva, and the secret thoughts of the Tathagata are three. " They practice with three general meanings of each. "Sheng Ying Cheng Tan" says: "It may be said that the main body of the practice is coordinated with the teaching of the heart. The other key points of the practice are divided into preliminaries and main practices, as well as the conclusion. Follow three steps. Purifying the body and harmonizing the mind, making speech complete and complete, bringing the mind into the Tao position, relying on the breath and separation of body and mind, can cut off the places of escape in the three realms, eradicate the greed of body and speech, calm the dangers of sentient beings in the six realms, and control the key points of body, speech and mind. In order to integrate the nature of the mind with the Dharma, to guide the wind heart upward, and to eliminate confusion, one should constantly cultivate the wind breath. "There are two types of Bodhisattva's meditation in detail: the general one is the white body, and the detailed one is the category. The general one is the white body. For example, "Snail Text Sutra" says: "The Bodhisattva's meditation is to cover up the clinging mind and the body's secrets. Sit down, your spine should always be straight, your hands should form an equal mudra, your neck should be slightly bent down, your eyelids should be drooped and you should look at the tip of your nose, and your vision should be about one arrow. No need to look at anything, just inhale inward and exhale outward, just live like this with your consciousness. ""The Self-Rising Tantra of Awakening" says: "The meditation of Bodhisattva is not a matter of practice to maintain the mind, it all arises naturally. Through practice, I become comfortable and give up the thought of eating and drinking. All are cultivated according to the Bodhisattva on the ground, naturally
