He Huibang, born in Laiyang, Shandong Province,1February 1938, is a famous calligrapher and people's artist in contemporary China. At present, he is the deputy director of the Art Committee of China Cultural Management Society of the Ministry of Culture, the deputy director of the Art Committee of the Organizing Committee of China Art Walk from the Great Wall to Olympia, the director of the Hairstyle Calligraphy Art Research and Creation Center, the chairman of Beijing Aibo Star Hairstyle Calligraphy Art Exchange Center, the president of Yanhuang Painting and Calligraphy Institute, the honorary president of the World Art University (Philippines) and the honorary chairman of 47 world art and cultural units.
