Wang Jingfen's introduction
Wang Jingfen, born in August of 193 1, is a pen name of Shushan, male, Han nationality, from Yiwu, Zhejiang. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Institute of Art, and stayed as a teacher. Later, he was transferred to the Art Education Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and worked as an editor in the Cultural Relics Publishing House. He has written for the calligraphy edition of People's China, and compiled large-scale catalogues such as Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan and Longmen Twenty Products. 198 1 participated in the establishment of China Calligraphy Association, served as deputy secretary general, executive director and editorial board member of the first National Calligraphy Association, and founded China Calligraphy magazine. At present, he is a director of China Calligraphers Association, director of research department of China Calligraphers Association, deputy director of academic committee, director of calligraphy training center, honorary consultant of Bangkok Painting Academy, and lifelong assessor of Singapore Calligraphers Association.
