Tour guide words of Jiulong wall in the Forbidden City

Hello, tourists and friends, welcome to visit Beihai Park.

The world-famous Kowloon Wall is a beautiful and gorgeous glazed building. It was built in the 21st year of Qingganlong (A.D. 1756) and has a history of more than 200 years. According to legend, Emperor Qianlong saw the Nine Dragon Wall in front of the Ming Palace in Datong, Shanxi, and imitated it. The wall is 6.65 meters high, 0/.2 meters thick and 25.86 meters long.

The two sides of the wall are inlaid with glazed tiles in seven colors: yellow, white, purple, green, ochre and blue. There are nine colorful dragons and sea cliffs on both sides. The dragons fly in the waves and clouds, with lively shapes and different postures.

The eastern end of the wall is inlaid with rocks, seawater, floating clouds, sunrise and other patterns; Sea water, flowing clouds and bright moon patterns are embedded in the west side.

There are traces of dragons in the front ridge, vertical ridge, pipe tile and long depression of the wall. The top of the nine-dragon wall is a "five-hall style" with a main ridge and four vertical ridges. There are nine dragons in the front and back of the main ridge, one dragon in the left and right of the vertical ridge, two spineswallowing beasts in the side of the main ridge, and one dragon in the front and back, so there are thirty dragons in the five ridges.

Downward, the pipe tile (commonly known as "pancake-shaped" cat's head pipe tile cover) in front of each tile ridge, the long pendant (commonly known as sheep's tail pendant) and the dragon tile (252 tile, 25/kloc-0 tile, 82 dragon tile of the fence) are embedded under the eaves, and dragons are arranged on both sides of the main ridge.

There were three Nine Dragon Walls in ancient China, one in Shanxi, one in Beihai and one in the Forbidden City. Only this side is a double-sided wall.

The Kowloon Wall in the North Sea is world-famous. But when it comes to Beihai Daxi Tianjing Factory, it is little known. In fact, the Kowloon Wall is the zhaobi in front of Daxi Tianjing Factory, and behind the Kowloon Wall is Daxi Tianjing Factory. Daxi Tianjing Factory was built in the 21st year of Qingganlong (1756). In the past, it has always been a place where the royal family carried out Buddhist activities and stored prints of the Tripitaka. This building group is Beihai Daxi Tianjing Factory.

Tourist friends: From the Kowloon Wall to the north, you can see the iron shadow wall, a precious cultural relic of the Yuan Dynasty, and the calligraphy museum of Kuaixuetang, which collects Wang Xizhi's calligraphy and stone carvings. Please continue to visit.
