Lishu began in the Qin Dynasty, flourished in the Han Dynasty, and was a famous minister in the Tang Dynasty. However, from Song Dynasty to Ming Dynasty, official script was in decline. It was not until the revival of ancient philology in Qing Dynasty and the prosperity of northern calligraphy that famous officials began to appear.
The ancient official script was the most prosperous in the Western Han Dynasty and the Eastern Han Dynasty. The famous stone tablets include Shi Chenbei, Cao Quanbei, Zhang Qianbei, Rite and Music Monument, Xianyu Emperor Monument, Yiying Monument and Xiping Shijing. Celebrities handed down through the ages, such as Cai Yong, Zhang Zhi, Shi and Wang Ci, are all good at official script. Among them, the bamboo slips unearthed in Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties are also good official scripts.
In the Tang Dynasty, there were four great calligraphers, namely Shi, Han Zemu, Cai, among whom Li Shu was good.
There were great calligraphers Zheng Ruqi, Wan Jing, Jin Nong, Ruan Yuan, Yin Bingshou, Deng and Wu Xizai in Qing Dynasty.
Mr. Liu Bingsen is the first person of modern official script.
These are very famous official scripts, I hope they can help you learn official scripts!
