The general meaning is the reason for textual research on genealogy. Zhu Zu was born in Huizhou, Nanjing. At the beginning of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, he joined the army and later settled here. It's been hundreds of years. The ancestral temple was destroyed in Qianlong and Bingyin years, and the older generation was dying, fearing that no one would tell the genealogy. Therefore, Zhu Wencai asked his uncle Liu Shicheng to recall the past and refer to the ancestral inscriptions of Baihu Mountain in the west of the city to conduct textual research on this genealogy.
