II. Introduction of Guangzhou Xinhua College
The predecessor of Guangzhou Xinhua College (institution code: 1392) is Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University, which is an independent college sponsored by Sun Yat-sen University in accordance with the spirit of Document No.8 [23] issued by the Ministry of Education and with Guangdong Dongbao Group Co., Ltd., the investor, according to the new mechanism and new model. In February, 221, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University was transformed into an independent undergraduate-level private higher education institution and renamed Guangzhou Xinhua College.
