"Legal Professional Qualification Certificate" is a certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination" for those who have passed the national unified legal professional qualification examination and do not have the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 10 of the Measures, and apply for granting legal professional qualifications in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

The legal professional qualification certificate is divided into three categories: A, B and C. Class A: It is suitable for candidates who have registered for a bachelor's degree or above and have a test score of 360 or above. Grade A qualification certificate is common in China; Class B: It is applicable to candidates who belong to areas with relaxed registration qualifications, who have registered for legal majors and whose test scores are 360 or above.
Class C: It is suitable for candidates with scores of 320-359 in areas with relaxed registration qualifications, and candidates who really need to use minority languages to take care of litigation in ethnic areas.
Application conditions and procedures:
Apply for qualification
Have China nationality, support the Constitution of China, enjoy the right to vote and stand for election, have good political and professional qualities and moral conduct, and have full capacity for civil conduct; Bachelor degree or above, with legal knowledge.
Application procedure:
1, check the ID card and academic certificate, and submit it to the Provincial Department of Justice for review.
2, fill in the national judicial examination legal professional qualification application form.
3, submit this year's national judicial examination results notice.
4. Submit a written certificate of no criminal record issued by the public security organ.
5, fill in the "national judicial examination qualified personnel information collection form".
6. Issue the legal professional qualification certificate recognized by the Ministry of Justice.
7, according to the written notice of the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial Department of Justice, collect the certificate fee.
8, according to the notice time limit of the Provincial Department of Justice, stop accepting the application for granting qualification and reporting the materials to the applicant.
