The calligraphers and painters of Jingu

Jin Gu, a famous contemporary calligrapher and painter, was named Yunke, late Shen, Canchun, and Banpo Jushi. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the honorary president of the China Yangtze River Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, and the vice president and editor-in-chief of the Singapore Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Art Federation. He has won the Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese Oriental Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, and been awarded the title of Gold Medal Artist by the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. He has held exhibitions in dozens of countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Brunei. His works are collected by many national museums and friends.

Jane Gu is also a paper-cutting artist. He is currently a director of the Chinese Folk Artists Association and the secretary-general of the Chinese Silhouette Artists Association. He is most praised for his introduction of fast silhouette art of portraits to the market, with smooth lines and lifelike images. He is highly praised by friends at home and abroad. He has worked for various countries in China. Visiting dignitaries and film and television stars from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan took photos in silhouette. Well received.
