Zhang Jue (1263 to 1327), surnamed Qian' an, was born in Weizhou, the son of Zhang Hongfan. In the third year of Dade (1299), Nantai was made an imperial adviser, and in the second year of Yanyou (13 15), Zhongshu Pingzhang was made a political official and Cai Guogong was appointed. The handwriting is rigorous and vigorous, and the wrist strength is excellent. Died at the age of 65. See Biography of Yuan History 175 and Ancient Records of Daoyuan Studies.
