Brief introduction of Yang Guangxin.
Yang Guangxin, male, born in Beijing, 1955, bachelor degree. I studied in the master's class of calligraphy art in the First Normal University, and now I work in Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences as the director of the Art Teaching and Research Section. He was awarded the first prize of "Virtue and Art" for young and middle-aged people in Beijing, and was awarded the honorary title of special-grade teacher in Beijing. At present, he is a director of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Beijing Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of China Youth Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, member of China Democratic Progressive Party's cultural and artistic circles, and visiting professor of Beijing Institute of Education. His works participated in the 4th and 5th national calligraphy exhibitions of young and middle-aged calligraphers, the exchange exhibitions of famous calligraphers among China, Japan and South Korea, the exhibitions of famous calligraphers in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing, the first outstanding works exhibition of China Calligraphy Association members, the nomination exhibition of young and middle-aged calligraphers in China, the 1st and 2nd Beijing International Calligraphy Biennale, the 8th International Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition, the situational calligraphy exhibition of China Art Museum and the first prize of Beijing TV Calligraphy Competition. Some of his works have been collected by some museums and cultural and artistic units at home and abroad, such as China Art Museum. Several papers were scattered in professional magazines of calligraphy and fine arts, and were edited by calligraphy textbooks for primary and secondary schools and teachers in Beijing. He is the author of Yan, Liu, Ou and Zhao Si's regular script copybook, Yan Zhenqing's regular script Copybook for calligraphy, Encyclopedia of Calligraphy Knowledge, National Social Art Calligraphy Grading Guidance Series, and Yang Guangxin Calligraphy Art Collection. He served as the judge of the 3rd and 4th Beijing TV Calligraphy Competition and the National Youth Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
