Primary school teachers' perception: being with children

As a teacher, I think only by living among children and becoming their friends can they really communicate with you and go deep into their hearts to educate them.

It is very naughty to meet such children at work. Up to now, they really haven't changed much, but academically, they have undergone earth-shaking changes. Boys are inherently chaotic. If every class really makes children sit still, it is not the class I want. Therefore, from the bottom of my heart, I have no objection to children expressing their opinions loudly in class. On the contrary, I encourage children to speak freely in class and give them opportunities to express their views. Every child is so clever in my eyes.

Yesterday afternoon, a child's composition caught my attention. He has never written so many words. I specially asked him to read the composition to everyone. I don't know how powerful it is for him. But I gave him great encouragement and expressed the teacher's trust and understanding. He can write 300 words at a time instead of one word. Do you think teachers can turn a blind eye? Nowadays, a child often keeps a diary of about ten or twenty words. Do you think the teacher can't seize this opportunity to give warmth and encouragement? I believe that children have their own reasons for doing everything, which may not meet the standards of adults.

Honesty is something I have been vigorously educating among children, but there are always naughty children who dare not admit their mistakes. Today, a child obviously found a classmate's pen, but insisted in front of me that he bought it himself. I didn't see it with my own eyes, and of course I can't listen to one side of the story. I comforted the wronged child and told him to put it down now. Because he didn't see it with his own eyes, he can't completely say that the pen is his. But when I came over, a child firmly said that he did it. Are you really irritating? I called him out of the classroom and said let him say it again in good conscience:? Did he take it? He finally admitted it, alas. This is how many times he has lied, I can't count them. This time, I forgave him and gave him another chance. I believe that one day he will be an honest boy.

There are many ways to solve problems, but making friends with children and making them trust you can make the work more targeted and effective. I also want to explore hard at work, let children develop in morality, rules, ideals and responsibilities, and work hard for their future happiness.
