Dear leaders, teachers, dear students:
Hello everyone!
My name is Zhang Kai, from the 2005 software ATA class of the Department of Information Technology. I am currently the chairman of the Youth League Society of the College, monitor of the national flag class of the college, and labor committee member. I have served successively as the chairman and secretary of the Youth League Society of the Department of Information Technology.
Every time I mention my life as a student cadre, I feel proud and excited. From the moment I stepped into the sacred door of the university, I have never left this outstanding group of student cadres. During this period, I met many Teachers who patiently cultivated me and friends who sincerely helped me. When everyone gave me arduous responsibilities with trust, my teacher kept telling me: "There are no excellent individuals, only excellent teams." It is also in such an excellent group that my abilities have been tempered and my thinking has been improved. I regard my cadre experience as the most valuable asset in life, and always strive to add glory to this excellent group with my highest enthusiasm! Today, I am proud to stand here not on behalf of myself, but on behalf of all the outstanding student cadres in our school who silently serve the students!
With a beautiful vision and enthusiasm for college life, I entered the big family of the School of Business. When I was a freshman, through rigorous military training, I became full of confidence in college life. The military training greatly improved my will and discipline, and I won the title of "Excellent Student" after the military training!
In line with the requirements of "confidence, self-improvement, and self-discipline" and my love for student cadres, I participated in the election for class cadres and was elected as the labor committee member with an absolute majority of votes. Later, I was elected in the election for the secretary of the Youth League Society. He is an officer of the Labor and Health Department of the Youth League Society. At that time, I felt how important the responsibility of being a student cadre was. I also encountered many difficulties in my work. At this time, my teachers and classmates continued to encourage and help me, making me confident, and at the same time using my Enthusiasm and positivity have overcome difficulties. Labor hygiene is the primary condition for us to create a civilized and elegant learning environment. Doing a good job in labor hygiene is the fundamental guarantee for doing a good job in labor hygiene. In the class, I set an example and urged everyone to do a good job in sanitation work and arrange sanitation tasks carefully. During this period, my class won the first place in the "Ten-Star" Classroom Hygiene Evaluation of the Department of Information. At the same time, in the work of the Youth League Society, I adhere to the principle of checking and counting the daily health results and discovering and solving problems in a timely manner. This has allowed me to accumulate a certain amount of work experience. I continue to use practical actions to establish my own image in work and study, and have been recognized by teachers and classmates. I pay without asking for anything in return, and am only determined to do better. In November 2005, he was elected as the chairman and secretary of the Department of Information Science and Technology Youth League in the re-election of the Department of Information Science and Technology. At the same time, in order to better improve my ideological understanding, I submitted an application for joining the party to the party organization with yearning and reverence. Due to family financial difficulties, I also participated in a work-study program and was arranged to work part-time as a water delivery boy in the ten student apartments. I was born and raised in the countryside. I was not overwhelmed by the heavy workload. In the following year, I persisted in being serious, responsible, hard-working and uncomplaining. I never said a word "tired" from beginning to end.
In the second semester of my freshman year, carrying the hope of my leadership teachers and the trust of my classmates, I led the third Youth League Committee of the Department of Information to carry out a lot of work and useful activities. During this period, we organized "loving donations - voluntary newspaper selling", organized volunteers from all the hospital to participate in the "Changsha 40th Spring Road Race", various men's and women's ball games, various speech contests, "Volunteer Computer Repair", Cultural and sports activities such as the "Calligraphy and Comics Exhibition" have created a strong campus cultural atmosphere for the majority of students. In particular, the "Love Donation-Voluntary Newspaper Selling" activity not only allows everyone to spread love and warmth, but also allows everyone to carry out social practice, which has won praise from the public and has become one of our department's brand activities. In 2006, during the "Learn from Lei Feng" month, we launched the "Learn from Lei Feng and Establish New Practices" large-scale voluntary maintenance. We organized and cooperated with the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Technology to set up voluntary services at Yuexi International Villa, Jingyuan Villa and the school, which won the support and recognition of the community. , in April 2006, volunteers from our hospital were organized to participate in a road race, which made every participant feel that "unity is strength" and "life comes from movement."
During the competition, a volunteer from our college also achieved the 75th place in the "Women's Group". At the same time, due to outstanding organizational work, the Changsha Municipal Sports Bureau awarded our college the title of "Best Organizational Unit Award", winning the school honor. Hosting our department's brand event "Computer Culture and Art Festival" provides a large stage for students to display their professional knowledge. These activities have been well received by teachers and classmates. After each activity, I will organize a meeting for everyone to summarize and invite teachers to comment. At the meeting, everyone will talk about their feelings and shortcomings, and accumulate valuable experience for improving the quality of the activity in the next step. This has greatly improved the organizational and coordination capabilities of our cadres, and better Serve all students.
Although I will encounter many difficulties in carrying out my work, I insist on using my firm will to push myself, take the lead, not be afraid of hardship, and not be afraid of tiredness; on the one hand, I work hard and study; During the work-study program, I was diligent and frugal in life, and enthusiastically helped my classmates solve their difficulties. I deeply understood the ups and downs of growing up. Through selection, I also became a member of the national flag class, an elite team of the college. In the national flag class, I adhered to principles, overcame hardships, trained strictly, and contributed my own efforts to make the flag-raising work of our college a model among major universities in Changsha and Hexi. strength!
Work hard and forge ahead! While shouldering the heavy burden, I still do not forget to learn and improve myself mentally. Last year, through strict assessment in all aspects, I gloriously participated in the college’s first training class for party activists in 2006. During the learning process, I further improved my ideological understanding of the party and won the “Excellent Award” for my outstanding performance at the completion of the course. "Student" title. Since then, I have worked harder and won honors such as "Outstanding Work-Study Activist", "Second Class Scholarship", "Xicheng Love Fund First Class Scholarship", "Outstanding Student Cadre of 2006", etc., and used my spare time to participate in social activities And won the "2006 Hunan College Student Employability Challenge Campus Winner Award".
In the face of honors, it always spurs and inspires me, but I have never been complacent or lost myself in front of it, because I know that these honors are the result of the patient guidance and care of teachers and the support of the majority of classmates. It is earned through the hard work of the cadres ***. I am just the representative of all the student cadres who work silently. The honor belongs to each of our student cadres!
Look back on the past and look forward to the future! At the third Youth League Congress of the college, the majority of student representatives once again trusted me and gave me an opportunity. I was elected as the chairman of the fourth college league society and concurrently served as the monitor of the national flag class. I feel that my responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai, but my confidence tells me that I will work harder. Under the guidance of the leaders of the Academic Affairs Office, I vigorously carry out the construction of the cadre team and take the lead in establishing a cadre model in the whole hospital through various measures and channels. It has laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of various tasks this semester and the smooth implementation of the morning run for cadres. Of course, I will continue to improve and strive to do better. I also believe that I can shoulder this heavy responsibility and use my own actions. To impress and influence more students, while leading the group learning, I will never forget that I am still an ordinary labor committee member and an ordinary college student!
Finally, I will end my speech with my motto: self-confidence, self-improvement, self-discipline, pioneering and enterprising!
