Shu Xiang and his own inspirational composition

Life is more exciting because of setbacks.

Late at night, the moonlight shone through the window sash and scattered all over the floor. I sat at my desk alone, and my tears "beep, beep" wet the test paper with poor scores.

I didn't achieve the expected results in this final exam. I was wronged. Why do I pay so much and get nothing every time? I blame God for being unfair. I unconsciously remembered the scene of burning the midnight oil and the scene of my parents sending me bread and milk. Why, why, am I really not learning material?

Forget it, don't think about it, turn on the light and read the extracurricular books. I turned on the lamp. I found the biscuit residue moving on the table, so I pushed my glasses to see it clearly. I saw several ants moving the biscuit crumbs, and the biscuit crumbs stopped moving, as if struggling to move. How interesting! I brought a magnifying glass to take a closer look at these little things. I also want to set some obstacles for them. I put a pencil in front of them and saw that they were going to change direction. As a result, I was surrounded by my pen. Look what they are going to do this time! I watched carefully with a magnifying glass, and an ant who took the lead climbed onto the pen first, like a commander. Several ants climbed up one by one. They tried to carry the biscuit crumbs, but failed several times. The leading ant lifted the biscuit residue, and the ant behind pushed it hard. It took about thirty minutes, and the biscuit residue was finally carried away from the pencil by ants.

I suddenly realized that even such a small ant was not discouraged in the face of setbacks, and we humans should dare to face setbacks. I remember again: Edison's laboratory was bombed. In the face of such setbacks, Edison did not lose his fighting spirit, but successfully invented the phonograph in just three weeks; Beethoven was deaf in both ears, which is undoubtedly a musician's biggest setback. However, Beethoven did not flinch in the face of setbacks. He said, "I want to hold my destiny by the throat." In this way, Beethoven wrote the world-famous symphony Destiny.

There are storms and thorns on the road of life. As long as we struggle, there will be flowers and applause waiting for us. Celebrities have said that frustration is a bottomless abyss for incompetent people, but it is a stepping stone to success for those who dare to face setbacks.

I opened the textbook again, and the first ray of sunshine in the morning shone into the room. I fell and got up. I laugh and feel depressed. I challenge you. Life is more exciting because of setbacks.

Postscript: My later achievements are like sesame blossoms. I am grateful for that sleepless night. On that night, I tasted frustration and read its letter. I appreciate setbacks!
