Cui Zhenhai, born in 1940, is from Dongying City, Shandong Province. Currently, he is an art consultant of New Century Leader magazine, vice president of Shandong Branch of Peasant Daily Painting and Calligraphy Institute of Shandong Hanlin Painting Academy, special editorial board member of Soul of China, visiting professor of Shandong Art Institute, calligraphy artist of Shandong Lubaozhai Gallery, and member of Shandong Painting and Calligraphy Seal Cutting Artists Association.
