I Come to Accelerate Spring won the first prize of the subway couplet.

Who dares to cross the earth?

I'll speed up the spring.

During the period of Spring Festival travel rush this year, Spring Festival couplets similar to those created by citizens themselves will appear at the entrance of subway 1 Line 16 station. When citizens travel by subway during the Spring Festival, they may encounter their own couplets.

Yesterday afternoon, Nanjing Metro Operation Branch, in conjunction with Jiangsu Couplet Research Association and other institutions, held the Spring Festival couplets award ceremony at Xinjiekou Station of the subway. 30 works of Spring Festival couplets finally stood out from more than 200 works of/kloc-0 from 9 provinces and cities in China and won different awards. Among the 30 winners, Changzhou citizen Jiang Dongyong, who won the third prize, is very special. Although he was almost blind due to retinal detachment in recent years, he still likes to create Spring Festival couplets. His contribution this time was created in blindness.

Murphy, a native of Henan, dares to cross the earth because of the dragon and tiger in the city; I'm here to speed up and won the only first prize in spring. Experts from Jiangsu Research Association of Couplets commented that this couplet rhymes before and after, which not only skillfully combines the topography of Nanjing, so it is called couplet, but also uses the word speed-up very vividly, which is very suitable for the characteristics of subway in urban transportation. After the award ceremony yesterday, several famous calligraphers from Nanjing also wrote Spring Festival couplets for passengers at the scene and distributed them free of charge.
