The making of fish extension painting

The fish extension painting is made as follows:

I. Introduction

1. Yutao is a technique and art of rubbing the image of fish on paper with ink or pigment, which originated in China Song Dynasty. Yu Kan's works can depict aquatic plants or landscapes, calligraphy or inscribed poems, and be engraved with cymbals to form works of art printed with poems, calligraphy and paintings. It is a good decoration and commemoration to frame Yu Tao's works and hang them at home.

2. Fish extension is also a method to record and display the body surface characteristics of different kinds of fish, such as body length, shape and color. Fish rubbings are an art of rubbing the image of real fish on paper with ink or pigment, which is inspired by the stone rubbings technology in ancient China.

Second, production.

1, making yutuo requires tools such as paper, ink or paint, brushes, etc. There are two ways to do fish extension: direct method and indirect method. Direct method refers to the process of directly coating the pigment on the fish body and then reprinting the color with rice paper, which is very similar to the printing process;

2. Step: Put the fish flat on the chopping board or wooden board to keep the fish stable during rubbing; Wash the mucus on the fish surface with clean water and refined salt, and be careful not to let the scales fall off when cleaning; Absorb excess water from the fish surface with paper or cloth; Put the fish in the required posture, put the paper in the fish mouth to make the fish stiff and spread the fins of the fish;

3. Modulate pigments with different shades or colors according to the color of the fish, and apply different inks or pigments on different parts of the fish with a brush or a writing brush; Move the fish to a clean newspaper;

4. Considering the composition of the fish on the screen, spread the rice paper on the painted fish, press it evenly, pat it lightly or brush it with a brush, so that the pigment on the fish is printed on the paper, and then gently lift the rice paper; On paper, draw the fish's eyes with a drawing brush; Record fish species, length, weight, fishing date, names of fishermen and witnesses on paper;

5. You can stamp the paper with a red seal; The difference between the indirect method and the direct method is that the pigment of the indirect method is not smeared on the fish body, but slapped on the rice paper near the fish body with a spreading bag, which is very similar to the rubbing process; The main step of the indirect method is to spray rice paper on the fish with a sprayer, and then dip the spreading bag with different depths of water and pat it on the rice paper.
