Gold ink mixing

The preparation materials are gold powder, alcohol paint and gasoline with a ratio of 2: 1:2. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Pour a proper amount of prepared gold powder into a bowl. Note that the ratio is 2.

2. Pour the prepared alcohol pigment into the bowl. Note that the ratio is 1.

3. Pour the prepared gasoline into the bowl. Note that the ratio is 2.

4. Fully stir the three with a brush to adjust the gold ink.

Precautions:

1, color matching needs to be careful. First, add the main color, then slowly add the strong dark color or color matching, and keep stirring, and avoid excessive.

2. When matching colors, the colors of paint and dry film will be slightly different. The colors of various paints are generally light when wet, and dark when dry. Therefore, if the sample is a dry sample, the color matching paint needs to be dried before it can be measured and compared.

3. Pay attention to the change of pigments, especially amino coatings and perchloroethylene coatings.

4. When preparing colorful paints, you must choose paints with the same quality to prepare each other. Otherwise, due to poor miscibility of paints, the quality will be affected, and even delamination, precipitation or gelatinization will occur, making them unusable.
