Online registration process:

1. Follow the registration system The "Registration Instructions" requires that videos of individual and collective performances and pictures of calligraphy and painting works be uploaded to the registration system. The organizing committee will organize experts to conduct an online preliminary review. Contestants who pass the online preliminary review will enter the on-site performance event. The list of participants in on-site performances can be found in the registration system.

2. Each person can only submit one program in the same category of personal projects. According to the requirements of the "Registration Instructions" in the registration system, upload videos or photos to the registration system and sign a personal integrity commitment letter.

Group projects are registered uniformly by schools. Each school can only register for one program per project. Different projects can be registered simultaneously. For specific methods, please refer to the "Registration Instructions" in the registration system.

3. The video format of vocal music, instrumental music, dance, and drama programs is MP4. The video size of individual projects should not exceed 100MB, and the video size of collective projects should not exceed 200MB.

Use a fixed camera position for frontal panoramic recording. Sound and images must be recorded at the same time, and dubbing and synthesis are not allowed later. The name of the region, school, individual and instructor must not appear in the content played.

4. Art and calligraphy works may not be copied or painted, and may not be titled or signed. Photo requirements: JPG format, size no less than 10M, resolution 300dpi.

Size: The size of Chinese painting works is 69cm×69cm or 69cm×40cm. The size of sketches, gouache and watercolors, creative paintings and children’s creative paintings is single 8 pages. There is no font limit for calligraphy projects. The size of soft pen works is 40cm×69cm or 35cm×138cm; the size of hard pen works is A4 paper.

5. Programs and works that do not meet the submission requirements will not be included in the evaluation.
