What do you mean by "poetic and picturesque"?

Interpretation 1: This is a sentence inscribed on the painting. The painter is skilled, the layout of the mountains near the water is reasonable, the water nearby is calm, the lake flows quietly and affectionately, and the leaves on the distant mountains have become bright red and yellow, which makes the whole painting full of poetry and painting.

Interpretation 2: This is a description of autumn scenery. When the air is crisp in autumn, the sky is clear, there is no wind, but it is not hot. The nearby lake is green and calm, extending far and far. Looking up, the trees and leaves on the far mountain turned into gorgeous red and orange, which was breathtaking, and the whole picture was full of poetry and painting.
