Wu Peikun likes calligraphy since he was a child, and he has a strong interest and profound understanding of China culture. He also has considerable attainments in Tang poetry and Song poetry. I was trained by Rao Wanxiong and Du Ying since I was a child. From the end of 1990s to work, I studied under Du Zhongxin, Chen, Xie Jiyuan and other contemporary famous teachers, and got their careful guidance.

He is now studying under President Meng Dalong of China Mencius Painting and Calligraphy Institute.

Calligraphy works have been collected by Guangdong Buddhist Association, Shaanxi Buddhist Association, Shaanxi Taoist Association, Shaanxi Louguantai, zhouzhi county Anle Palace, Shaanxi Taibai Taoist Association, Guangxi Beihai Buddhist Association and Beihai Pudu Temple. Recently, a plaque inscribed for Pudu Temple in Beihai "Zunke Temple" was hung at the entrance of Zunke Temple: The Tao Te Ching, which is 36 meters long, was collected by the German International Taoist Association.

Calligraphy works are often given to guests as gifts by Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce.
