Xintunzi Town belongs to Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province, and is a border town in Fusong County. It is located in the hinterland of Changbai Mountain and belongs to the Changbai Mountain ecosystem area. It has a superior geographical environment and a completely different tourist landscape from Changbai Mountain: cliffs, rivers circling, mountains and rivers connected, integrated, ancient trees and strange stones are natural, and ingenious natural works abound. Xintunzi Town covers an area of 138.33 square kilometers, governs 4 administrative villages 1 community, has a population of 7 190, covers an area of 7,800 mu and is rich in natural resources. Xintunzi Town is located 30 kilometers north of Fusong County, with latitude of 42 degrees 49 minutes to 42 degrees 38 minutes north and longitude of 127 degrees 13 minutes east to 127 degrees 23 minutes east. Lazi River, Lintou Road in the east of Xintunzi Town, connects Beigang Town and Wanliang in the south, Songhua River and huadian city in the north, Xiaohuanghe and Yushu in the west, and Shen Xing Town in the southwest, with a width of 12.5km from east to west and a length of 16.5km from north to south, with a total area of138.33km2.
