1. When writing: practice hanging your wrist when standing, and raise your right arm so that the whole wrist is not in contact with the paper. When you are free: hang the pen tube upside down, or take a chopstick, hold the chopsticks or pen tube according to the correct writing method, hang your wrist and turn around on the desktop.
2. At ordinary times: when writing, put your left hand flat on the desktop and your right wrist on the back of your left hand to write. After a long time, take your left hand away and your right hand will be stable.
